Thanx Ill look into that..So when I check each city, it will say "1/5"??...Because I remember seeing something like that...But all my city blocks have "new" in them...Its kinda confusing to me

i need to make a flow chart to explain it lol.

You have all 6 cities(Saint Martin).
-->
Under each city is a list of the Championship Group (Rally) (Modren Muscle) and so on.
-->
Under each Group (we selected rally) you have the the Championship Events (Modern, Retro, Group B Monsters, Iconic).

That last group "Modern, Retro, Group B Monsters, Iconic" is what you need to check. When you see you've won an event (all four races) in each of those final classifications, then you can mark that one off.

Easy to just start on the top left city, check the top left group. Then check that group at each city. then move to the next Group and check it at each city. Huge pain.

Is it me or do the turbo sounds differ for each car. I love the escalade with twin turbos has a nice blow off sound.
You should hear the Escalade with an upgraded supercharger, :drool:an absolute screamer and also quite good in A class events. ;)

I need to try that. I put a supercharger on mine and it sounds completely artificial and annoying.

Haha, I saw this after I wrote my reply! There's something "off" about how the blower sounds.

"It's not a race, enjoy the drive..."

Get smashed by every drivatar I drive by afterwards. I TRY to enjoy the drive, but as soon as I pass them, they want to race me to the end, they dive bomb from behind and smash me on all sides.

Its been happening since day 1 but just thought I'd mention it, I'm sure this annoys others as well?

Drivatars tend to get very aggressive on higher difficulty settings. I have mine set to "Pro" and I often have to restart races because my car gets completely wrecked in the first couple of turns.

Ok, I went to the "Progress" tab but there isnt a "Championship" tab following. I can select "Road Trip Progress" and it takes me to the list of cities. But when I select a city it will show me if I have won a Championship in that class but not the a single race. The Achievement is called "Multi-Diciplined"=Win a Event in every type of car. Is a Event the same as a Championship?? Im currently 82% complete with Achievement and the math doesnt add up of what Championships I have won....sorry for all the trouble....

Oh yes! Its hilarious and annoying when I am enjoying my road trip, getting used to the car I have chosen for the next adventure, taking in the superb landscaping and sunse............BAAAAM, (rear ended by @Populuxe Cowboy s drivatar).
Ha! I was going to complain about this myself. It seems like the drivatars are getting stupider as I progress. I sort of suspect that the early drivatars were mostly based on game developer drivatars who halfway knew what they were doing but the drivatars now are based on corner-overshooting car-ramming "u mad bro?" idiots who make up a good 75% of all drivers I've ever encountered in online sessions.

It drives me nuts, they really seem to take it personal when you don't want to trail along at 50mph for 7 or 8 miles. So much for clean driving, bad part is when you have had enough, you can't knock em off the road!

My championship races are mostly composed of drivatars of GTP'ers. Doesn't help things to be honest.

Once you've beaten the finale at least one time, you should be able to shut that pommy bastard up.
If he was any more talkative, it would be as if they hadn't learned their lesson from the fans' reaction to Alice in FH1. But it seems they at least tried to restrain themselves. Speaking of speech, while I like the personality they tried to give your mechanic, her voice actor is just terrible at delivering the lines.

These characters and the festival setting aren't much more compelling than they were in FH1. They need to rethink this part of the game for FH3.

The 'Dude! C'mon in!' every time you go to pick a car from your garage, or upgrade it is also pretty annoying. As is the message telling you your car is not eligible for the current championship if you join an event racing a different car.

I reckon they should get rid of the whole music festival halfarse theme and just stick to a car thing.

Like a Goodwood Festival of Speed kind of thing.

My brain rationalised it...

I've seen drivatars completely miss the red smoke check points, by a few car lengths and still continue on without them being reset like you would if one was missed.

I also wonder how accurate the drivatars are in representing each one of us. I tend to take a realistic approach when racing, limiting myself from hard contact and if a corner becomes a "Doors opening on Black Friday" situation, I will restart. So if anyone happens to come across my drivatar, let me know if he/it acts out of line......for research reasons!

Well, I made my decision; I'm going to buy a Xbox One next month, the thing holding me back from getting a Xbox One before a PS4 was pushed to the wayside. So yeah; I'm getting a Xbone and having a crack at Forza 5 with the Xbone port of Horizon 2 being further down the road.
I would honestly get FH2 before F5. Maybe you will get lucky and get F5 for free with your console like I did.

Yea I've slept since last checking and getting that achievement lol. So it must be when the event (all 4 races) not a single race.

I'm the same. I try to race clean, race smart, and practice the "slow in, fast out" type of cornering that produces fast lap times. So if I hear my drivatar is acting like an idiot, it disappoints me. I'll keep an eye out for your drivatar to see how it behaves.

I had a dream about Forza Horizon 3 being set in Wales...
I'm sure Wales would be a great place for the next game, but after having one set in North America and one set in Europe, I'd be surprised if the next one wasn't set in Asia.

In my races your Drivatar is normally out in front with Populuxe's so you must have camped outside the store before the rush begins .

Personally, Horizon 3 should definitely be set in either Japan or Australia. If it's Japan, then I would like to see a recreation of Fujimi Kaido in the open-world, it would make the fanbase go wild. :3

A Fujimi-Kaido-inspired move to the foot of Mt. Fuji is a fitting destination. Set the festival in the region to the south, with touge winding along the mountains on the outskirts, the city of Fuji, shutokou racing on National Route 1 along the coast, and Mt. Fuji serving as a scenic backdrop to the whole map, like Pike's Peak (or whatever it was supposed to be) off the eastern end of FH1's Colorado. 👍

They might get me to buy an XBone for that...
