Forza Horizon 4 Auction House Thread

That's all well and good, but then shouldn't the player get the benefits of selling them to the game directly if they no longer desire to have it in the car list?

They should. I don't know why they don't allow players to sell their cars, why you can't remove barnfinds or why ban PO cars 18 months after release.
It must be to force players to use the Auction House.

My problem is that my garage is full of junk that I'll never drive unless some seasonal event mandates it.

I finally snagged an AE86 for 4 mil, so now I have 2 now. I usually have dupes of cars I want them, though I got a lot of junk in my garage now because of wheelspins of course. I even snagged 2 ST205s. Very glad I did so.

I didn't bother to complete the recent week with the AW11, so getting one for 11m as the only bidder was a nice addition to my garage.

Sold a extra AE 86 for $4 million stock and a extra Rimac for $6 million stock. Can’t wait for the new garage update.

I love the auction house dont get me wrong, but theres just so much standard cars people sell on it to try to get rid of them from wheel spins etc...

I want to see more unique cars in the auction house, cars that people customized themselves rather than all these standard cars anyone can buy from the Autoshow.

Can't believe how much the value of the Diablo GTR has tanked. I sold my dupes for like 80k and a dupe Morris Traveler for 350k!

After months/years of trying to find a Ford Capri FE in the AH, I finally found not one but several Capri FE for sale in the AH. As I am typing this post there are currently three of them in the AH with buy outs of 16,000,000 cr.

Kind of a weird request but, if anybody has an extra Maserati Levante to get rid of, ill take it, so long as its not to expensive...

Yesterday I won an auction for a fully upgraded 1966 Chevrolet Nova Super Sport. I wasn't able to retrieve this car because my garage was full. I decided to auction a few vehicles and was surprised by the results. I would have been ok with these cars selling at their starting price (all were set at the lowest starting price). But much to my surprise, many of these vehicles sold at buyout price.

I plan on listing more vehicles this weekend once my daily listing limit restriction has expired. I only care about selling the vehicles as opposed to selling them for huge profit. So all of the vehicles I list will be listed at the lowest starting price. I can make a list of vehicles I plan in listing in the Auction House if anybody is interested?

So yesterday, shortly before i went to bed at 10:00 PM, i decided to put 25 cars at the auction house to clean up my garage choked full of cars (900 to be exact).

While i was auctioning the remaining cars, some cars were already getting bought out, but i've decided to only collect the rewards today.

Here's the results":

Fun fact: The RAESR TS was bought out one minute after it was put at the auction house:

Once again, it's time for me to show off my Auction House (AH) results from July 24.

My garage currently holds 839 vehicles (was over +925 vehicles a week ago), but i'll be taking a break from the AH for now.

Here's a fun fact: for the 1968 Firebird, i've decided add a little surprise for the lucky one who managed to buy it out for 9m by purchasing every single upgrade part (except rim models) before hosting it at the AH.

@TealYellowOwl I know this game has been out for awhile and most people who play this game probably already have this car. But I'm very surprised to see that your McLaren Senna did not sell, considering that it is a very good hypercar. Looking at how much you vehicles have sold for, you made an ABSURD amount of money lol. I like what you did prior to selling your Firebird.

I got to admit that putting Hard-to-Find cars with a multi-millionaire buy out price while having a minimum bid of 50,000 credits was quite a risky move, as you could end up selling them out with a value lower than expected, as evidenced by some of my auctions pictured.

I believe the only reason most of them were sold out at buy out price was because there's still quite a lot of players playing this game while FH5 is not out yet, with quite a handful of multimillionaire players among them willing to snipe out these auctions.

I seem to be having a curious issue with the auction house today. Every time I search for a Saleen S1, all of the examples have start bid and buyout prices of 0cr, and I can’t place any bids on these cars. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

It's a known bug ( bug number 38,187,436 in this game) and hasnt been fixed (yet), so no one can buy that car.

Ok I made that number up, but there sure are a lot of them...
