Dangit. Now I have to find a new 64.

Doing dual countdowns is a hassle as you need two of each number. If there's a clash with someone else it's usually a frantic scramble for me to find another suitable pic.

Ken Martin's NASCAR Historian site and Wikipedia's numbers on racing cars page are pretty good for last-minute shopping.

I’ve been relying on Google image searches for “Model xx car”. I’ve also been checking Wikipedia for chassis codes of Japanese cars, things like that.

The not often seen Lotus 64. Andretti crashed it during practice for the 1969 Indy 500 and won with the backup Brawner Hawk.

The #60 René Bonnet RB5 that took part in the 1964 Le Mans 24h until its 1.2 litre Renault engine called it quits. Unfortunately no picture of the real deal seems to survive... So slot car it is.

The Ferrari 250 GT SWB entered by Ecurie Francorchamps in the 1963 Nurburgring 1000km. It was rebodied by Drogo (who else) after it was involved in a serious shunt in 1962; sadly (or not: depends on your sense of aesthetics, really!) another such accident in 1964 marked the end of the car's life.
