this is a stacked playlist. ninajirachi slaps
I had a peek at the Opus playlist and it's "neo-classical" meaning no historical classical music like Beethoven, Mozart etc. I have a feeling I won't be listening to it much if at all until I get really bored with the others as I really like the powdered wigs era stuff, mostly thanks to previous entries in the series.
E rating usually means more toning down of lyrics.
Maybe ol' Don Thompson is trying to be hip and turn a new leaf after unexpectedly finding himself in the middle of the Horizon Festival for what he thought was going to be a relaxing vacation in the Far East, only to be a passenger on a bullet train that ends up racing against some hipster tourist?I had a peek at the Opus playlist and it's "neo-classical" meaning no historical classical music like Beethoven, Mozart etc. I have a feeling I won't be listening to it much if at all until I get really bored with the others as I really like the powdered wigs era stuff, mostly thanks to previous entries in the series.
Yes but they specifically mention the use of "hell" and "damn", which i am pretty sure was censored in prior Forza Horizon games.E rating usually means more toning down of lyrics.

FH3 was the last one with mild lyrics:

No more censorship in cars like the Camaro SS too?
Sounds like they had Rob Glenn writing the descriptions as his accent is the closest the game's ever been to the land of song.

I think it's going to be this one from what I've read:Is it known what the Home Screen/intro song is? I could definitely imagine It being A Barely Lit Path by Oneohtrix Point Never.
Thought they would change it since music isnt censored anymore but I guess not. Oh well I guess its a mixed bag.You were part of the discussion on this under a month back:

From the Car List thread on the official forums. Seems they're still dying on the "SS" hill. I figured as such when I saw the Celica SS-II still had the full "Sport Specialty" in its model name in-game, but this pretty much confirms it.
On a more positive note, I am so happy with the cars we've seen. The picks are very strong, despite the inevitable cuts.
I mean, you post so much I suppose I can't be surprised you'd forgotten...
As it's a Microsoft policy, it was always unlikely to change.
I still can't get over MS trying to pin the blame on GM when the practice began. I'd actually have some (grudging) respect for their decision if they'd chosen to be honest about it; as it is...You were part of the discussion on this under a month back:

You have dramatically misunderstood the state of affairs.since music isnt censored anymore
It's a bit weird to me that this one is MS only. Sony can be just as stringent - as evidenced by a GTP member who got suspended from PSN for uploaded a decal in GT Sport that actually already appeared on a car in the game:I still can't get over MS trying to pin the blame on GM when the practice began. I really wonder why Microsoft still thinks minors will be reminded by the Nazis if they read or see SS when it obviously means Super Sport. And I know that was a truly terrible time in history but I dont think anyone will think of Nazis when they read SS on a American car and well America was against the Nazis anyway. Why are they so worried yet in the past they had the SS badge on the grille? I think if they get rid of that worry that everything will be fine and nothing bad will happen to minors. I think its just nonsense. You were part of the discussion on this under a month back:

It sounds very sunny, open and Horizon-esque to me so it's probably a good choice for an intro screen tune. Personally, I hope FH2 intro artist Keeno makes a repeat appearance on the Hospital station too. [EDIT: Will's started up his own label Keeno Music so, no]Oh, I like that one!
I never did which is why the soundtrack reveal is meaningless to me until I play the game next week and actually listen to the songs.Outside of like, 4 bands in the Horizon XS playlist, I have no clue who the others are. Is this what getting old feels like?
I'll probably do as I always do with an Horizon game, listen to the radio for a week or two, a month tops, and then mute it because it annoys me. I think FH3 had peak radio and that's still to be matched.I never did which is why the soundtrack reveal is meaningless to me until I play the game next week and actually listen to the songs.
Nothing will top FH2's classical channel for me in that genre.I'll probably do as I always do with an Horizon game, listen to the radio for a week or two, a month tops, and then mute it because it annoys me. I think FH3 had peak radio and that's still to be matched.
I posit that Radio Levante’s Giovanni Lombardi is Don Thompson’s Italian cousin, and Radio Eterna’s Delores Martin is his Mexican cousin.Nothing will top FH2's classical channel for me in that genre.
