Oh, the unused Ginetta G10 RM/Vauxhall Monaro VXR was already sent earlier.

7-Eleven update’s hard to predict. I have no idea on what theme the cars may share, but I hope that it will have something to do with the numbers 7 or Eleven. Here are my guesses:

  • 2018 Nissan Sentra Nismo (B17)
  • 1924 Austin Seven
  • 1979 Triumph TR7 Roadster
  • 2013 Caterham Superlight R500 (based on the Caterham Seven, which was based on the Lotus Seven)
  • 2016 Jaguar F-Type Project 7

And turns out my guesses relating to British Automotive were heavily incorrect.

Unhinged prediction for next update: Cars that have seven or eleven on them

160pt: Saleen S7
80pt: 2023 BMW 740i or i7 (G70) (New To Horizon, Modern Super Saloons)

20pt: 1991 Nissan Sentra SE(Seven Eleven)-R (New To Horizon, Retro Super Saloons)
20pt: 1979 Triumph TR7 (Returns from FH4, also a reference to the FH4/FH5 Super 7 challenges, Classic Sports Cars)
20pt: 2015 Jaguar Project 7 or 2016 Lotus 3-Eleven (Track Toys)
20pt: 1991 #62 Mazda RX-7 IMSA GTO (New To Horizon, Retro Racers)

This is my worst prediction yet

Ferrari 365 is another one I could see (due to the 365 Mart being the in game fictional variant)

Summary (italic for wheelspin cars, bold are new cars to FH6, (*) means Hard-to-Find):
  • British Automotive dealership at Shimanoyama, can roll: 2019 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera; 1961 Jaguar E-type
Note that they have also added a second Aftermarket spot at the Shimanoyama Drift Circuit, where apparently additional wheelspin exclusives are available. I just purchased a 2006 Formula Drift #43 Dodge Viper SRT-10 ACR there. It wouldn't surprise me if the #13 Ford Mustang could also spawn there.

A great use of the aftermarket cars feature. Really hope we see more new locations open up with new rotating stock & deals.

Well, got to admit, even if there are people online complaining about "wHy NoT aDd VaLlHaLa Or LaTeSt SuPeR/HyPeRcAr" on reddit, or Facebook or wherever, PGG's surely learning from their mistakes in terms of post-launch content drops (well, till both expansions come out).

Normally, I'd be dissatisfied as heck when majority of cars that would be added have been seen in FH5 and below, regularly, the recent additions of cars that were either seen once in a past Horizon game or seen regularly in Motorsport games but not Horizon (if it did, it would prolly be as late as FH3/4 by now) is super appealing, some of which I didn't even expect to be added such as the Pantera in Series 3, and the 2006 Astra VXR/Ginetta G40 Junior in Series 5. Kudos to PGG for that, and let the haters whine about it, or well, let them go to Assetto to fulfill their r/wants .

Might make another reply dedicated to fun facts about the added cars soon (inspired by "This wouldn't be an AR12 video without any fun facts about this car", but more on a blend of technical and pop culture facts). Actually, here's a small tease. I will do it weekly based on the cars, but on my Forzatography account at kelpo.tography, I do it as frequent as possible, but a max of one post a day, with some copies from blogs, official manufacturer sites, and the Gran Turismo Wiki.

2025 McLaren W1

As I said during my reaction relating to the W1's announcement last week, prior to Forza Horizon 6, the W1 was only "exclusive" to mobile games, Apex Racer, a Pixel Car Racer spiritual succesor, and CSR2. Credit to @ALLSETFORMOVE for the image. Now, FH6 is the first-ever console game to feature the W1.

Second, the W1 incorporated elements of Ground Effect into its aerodynamics, a concept that has been reportedly experimented on ever since prototype racing cars had long wings. Here's an official article related to its aerodynamics

2019 Ginetta G40 Junior

The Ginetta G40 Junior has been racing since 2008 under the "Ginetta GT5 Challenge" as a replacement for the aging G20, though it also raced in Britcar, winning its class in 2010. Up till now, the G40 served as an entry point for aspiring racers and was an entry point for some of the most sucessful drivers in the racing world like Lando Norris and Tom Ingram under the BTCC.

Next episode’s a once in a while throwback episode about all 4 car pass cars during Update 4.

So I got to thinking last night. If we aren't getting a Horizon Story in the next Series, then what would happen to Larry Chen's E30, if we are getting it (which for the record we still don't know)?

To me there's three possibilities. Either 1) it's the headline car for next update, which would make sense as the thing would make for a great way to further advertise the update's 7/Eleven collab, 2) it's our next Series History reward, which would help cement the collab as a permanent thing with Larry Chen's blessing, or 3) it's just gonna be a paint scheme gifted out to everyone.

I'm going to run a preliminary Series prediction with that first possibility in mind, but again--we don't know for certain if we're going to get that car at all.

Cars of 7/Eleven (or, 'Big in Japan'--foreign cars that were very successful in the Japanese market)

Series Reward/Headline Car: 1986 #29 BMW Kaido Works 318i

Summer: 1997 MG MGF (New-to-Forza)
Autumn: 1984 Rover SD1 Vitesse (Returning from FH4)
Winter: 2017 Alpine A110 (Returning from FH5)
Spring: 1929 Mercedes-Benz SSK (Returning from FH5)

I actually do not know much about my attempted theme, so I really went for what you guys put forward plus a couple cars from both recent and past anime (the SSK was one of Lupin III's cars, and the new A110 was in MF Ghost). If y'all want to help me out or add a couple of your own, that'd be great!
The name of the Series 6 playlist is "Horizon Meet" btw.

Does the Dodge Demon 170 have any interesting customisation at least? Cause sheesh I could not care less about it having as much power as your typical YouTuber build, and it looking almost exactly like the others in the game, bar the front fenders. I'm a Porsche fan but even the new Safari style one does nothing for me.

The Renaultsport Spider is fantastic though.

As the Dodge Demon 170 is basically optimized for drag racing, it would barely even turn.

The Ford F-150 XLT Lariat Forza Edition is another wheelspin exclusive that can roll at the Shimanoyama Drift Circuit.

No the dodge just has standard Forza aero unfortunately.

So dose the new Bentley only Forza aero which is a shame I was hopping for some aftermarket extras for that.

There really should be a bigger outcry about Car Pass additions not having more customisation than cars added freely in playlists. They should be setting a standard for value, and as a way to draw more people to buying the Car Pass. If anything, there's cars added for extra cost with less features. That's just wrong.

If people waited for the full Car Pass to be revealed before buying then maybe things would change, but the FOMO of 3 days early access gets to everyone. People can kick up all the fuss they want but Microsoft already has their money and will do the same thing with the next game.

By buying the Premium Edition Upgrade it signals to Microsoft that it’s okay to purchase something without knowing its contents (Car Pass and Expansions are unknown at time of purchase), which is why the same commercial model has been in use in these games for over 15 years.

How do you get the option to view a car and its customisation options before the car is released,or am i missing something obvious somewhere?
I believe it’s people on PC who can look into the car files to see what’s in there.

Microsoft is planning to delay the release of Forza Horizon 6 on PS5, according to sources familiar with Playground Games’ plans. While the game was initially announced as coming to PS5 later this year, I understand there’s going to be a slight delay, pushing it into early 2027.
Forza Horizon 6 has been hugely popular on Xbox and PC, and the previous instalment of the series, Forza Horizon 5, proved popular on PS5, after Microsoft released it on Sony’s console last year. I understand that the PS5 release delay is more about lining up with the first expansion for Forza Horizon 6, than anything else. Forza Horizon 6 first debuted on Xbox and PC on May 15th, and I’m expecting it to launch on PS5 ahead of the 12-month anniversary mark.

Makes sense. They haven't officially announced a delay (even leaving the 2026 placeholder text in the most recent blog post) but unless they are going directly against GTA there really is no date left to release this year.

Depending how early in 2027 it gets the PS5 release it would put it right up against Clutch 🍿

I also want to note something interesting. While I was looking for the Playlist cars, I saw that Ginetta and Vauxhall... aren't represented by the G40 and Astra on the manufacturer restriction screen. The Ginetta prototype from FH5 and the Vauxhall Monaro VXR we all know and love are their representatives. Possibly future returning cars in other Playlists?

Most likely someone forget to change those manufacturers thumbnail. I believe those are leftovers from FH5. There are quite a few leftovers like those on FH6 for manufacturers that aren't featured on FH6 yet.

Regarding playground games modes that got removed from FH6 i managed to find these :
playground games icon.webp

Collection journal icon for playground games

Teamflagrush.webp

Dialogue text transcript for Team Flag Rush

Teamking.webp

Dialogue text transcript for Team King

survival.webp

With these i think the game modes are already preplanned.

There is also this line mentioning Wildlife Photo which is not available yet in the game.

There is also mention of "Yangwang" in part manufacturers string. In case you don't know, Yangwang is a Chinese hypercar manufacturers (part of BYD) with their only model so far is Yangwang U9. The car can also "Jump" and "Dance" as part of its party tricks.

Yes, bring back the Austin 7

As I wrote before. There are many old cars missing from Forza Horizon 6. There is a big time difference. The oldest car is a 1932 Ford De Luxe Five - Window Coupe, followed by a 1953 Chevrolet Corvette.

It seems kind of surprising to me we’ve now had the AMG Warthog four games in a row. I wish they’d bring back other fictional cars, like the Regalias and the Quadra.

And why the heck did we never get the Chryslus in Horizon?

Yes, and yet the general consensus on Reddit seems to be that this is the worst update ever in the history of Forza, so there's that.

Because it has a nuclear reactor for an engine, Populuxe!

All jokes aside, that's a good question. I suppose that we got the Chryslus because they were pushing Fallout 4 in the first place, and now they don't want to create too enduring of a mental imagine of the thing in case they decide to "touch up" the aesthetics of the series for the next game (and I'm assuming there will be another game).

Hell, right now the hottest thing in Fallout-dom is the Amazon show: it would make more sense to add the Plymouth XNR or Dodge Storm Z-250 for a Fallout cross-collab.
