We still seemingly have the issue with Maserati/Alfa Romeo, that caused the MC20 to be pulled last minute from FH5 and FM.
We haven't had any new Alfas either, even when we got that bunch of them added to FH5 later.

I wouldn't mind not getting the MC20 if we got the 33 Stradale sister car from Alfa instead. Same specs, different body/tuning.

If I remember correctly, I found some unused car badges in FM23's files that may hint to some possible cars appearing.
Potential cars:
Toyota Prius XSE Prime
Subaru Vivio RX-R
Honda e
Benetton F1 car? (what could've been for Motorsport)
Fiat Panda Super i.e.
Either a Duqueine LMP3 or the Isotta Fraschini Tipo 6 LMH Strada (latter is more likely for Horizon)
Audi R8 GT RWD
BMW X6 M Competition
Lincoln LS

Cars 1,2 and 3 on that list look like dead certs to be included.

The Benetton has been in the game files for over a decade.

Benettons plural too, Piquet's B190 circa FM6 era, and Boutsen's B188 circa FM7 era. Just part of the 20 years of unreleased Forza content stretching right back to the Bizzarrini in FM1.

Sorry, my mind read it as PMR getting the M3 GTR instead.
No, wrong again. The M3 GTR was shown in a screenshot from Project Motor Racing but has seemingly not been confirmed yet. I would be very pissed off if the car has to be shelved due to a licencing agreement for The Crew Motorfest. Hopefully this is not the case.

I wouldn't mind circuits like that, but like with the tunnels in Guanajuato in FH5 every time they come up in the weekly events they will be supercar hypercar race car events... 🙄
It's just the spirit of the Horizon

Well, unless the game comes out in early 2026, I'll be joining FH6 MUCH later in its lifecycle than FH5 as I'm not paying £23 per month for GamePass Ultimate... 50% increase is ridiculous (and no I don't want Fortnite

I understand. Here in Brazil, the increase was 100%, and there's such a wave of cancellations that they crashed the website yesterday.

As long as there's Sakuras, a Eurobeat channel, Kei cars and a PA car park, this thing is already sold to me.

For the radio, I’ll need a J-Pop channel, an Enka channel (so I can cruise around in my Chaser and live out my Tokyo cab driver fantasies), and a classical station with a Japanese-speaking Don Thompson analog.

I sure hope they don't put the song "Idol" by Yoasobi in the game, alongside "Sign wa B".

Another form of customization I'd like to see are bolt-on fenders. From my understanding, games like the Ghost/Second Criterion-era NFS titles and Import Tuner Challenge had something like this, separate from full wide body kits.

Excited for this one! Hoping for more tire and wheel customization, like painting letters on tires any color you want, on any tire compound, and on each individual tire. Maybe even a simple livery editor on tires. Would also be cool to put different wheels on each corner of the car, and be able to paint each wheel individually. Something I've always wanted to be able to do. I haven't played much Horizon in a while, so maybe there is a more finite customization on the wheels and tires now, but just something I'd like to see. It has gradually gotten better and better as time has gone on, so maybe it's finally time.

Something else I'd love to see is a customizable instant replay editor. The replays in the Horizon games (and Forza in general) have never been that great. I think in Horizon they are usually chase cams that just follow the car around and rotate around the car. No interesting viewpoints and panning angles. Again, I haven't played in a while, so maybe they have made the replays more interesting since I've last played.

But anyway, I'd love a mode where you can go about placing cameras in different locations during the span of the replay session and setting up the view points that you want, like camera height, camera angle, make it fixed or pan with the car, etc... Maybe different exposure or color mixes too. Would just make it more interesting. Could make for some cool movie-style chases and drift sessions. You could be your own film director. That would just be fun. If anyone remembers playing Driv3r back in the day, it had a custom replay editor. I loved making movies with that mode. I made some epic police chase movies!

I know it hasn't really been a thing on past FH maps, but it would be neat to see some abandoned/bypassed roads incorporated into the FH6 map. They'd be neat to explore in freeroam and could be used as shortcuts or alternate routes during races if the checkpoints are placed right.

Japanese YouTuber feMar explores a lot of these old routes on his channel.

Having abandoned roads to travel. That's good. But the roads are haunted. That's bad. But they will lead you to awesome barn finds. That's good. But the barn finds are haunted too. That's... bad?

Being a level designer of Grid 2019 is quite interesting because of the Okutama tracks but also the Shanghai city circuit.

he privated the video.

I think the playground didn't like it....

I somehow have the feeling we FH6 will miss out on BMW... The Crew Motorfest Spoiler incoming:
There have been Leaks that TCM will announce a "exclusive" partnership with BMW at their next show. That might lead to other games not having them anymore. (Maybe PMR is an example for that since no BMWs have been confirmed there)
Edit : I don't think motorfest has an exclusive deal from the leakes I've seen it just seems to be a BMW Playlist just like the Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche one they already have. Yes they are getting a lot of BMW in season 8 but I don't think it's exclusively to motorfest.

Horizon will still have BMW in it and even if it doesn't let's face it everything end up getting added to Forza in the end.
