Can’t wait for Friday and the horizon controller to come and charging dock too. Does anyone know times it releases I got told 2 pm Australian time, I asked in discord, I’m not sure though

Depends where you pre-ordered it.
Steam its midnight west cost US time, Xbox services it's midnight your timezone

Thought to clear it up better. Steam does ONE release window for everyone at once as it doesn't do Region by Region unlocking while on Xbox it goes by local time to when it unlocks

Kinda hope we get the ER34's kit for the R34. it at least breaks up the trend of having tons of Rocket Bunny | Pandem kits
As of right now it's not in game only kit for the R34 is do-luck kit.

I'm sure that down the line we'll get more added.

I have a feeling we'll get a full update related to liberty walk at some point or at least some form of customization update.

The kit is inspired by super shiloett mainly the old Silvia from the 80s.
Which is what the Grachan style was inspired by. Wataru Kato has built a number of Kaido Racers in his day, so that's where he got the influence from.

You're not wrong the ultimate inspiration was the silhouette cars, but the kit in question has that additional layer of Grachan influence.

Sounds like barn finds are tied to exploration and stamps, which I fine with as I enjoy just driving around and finding things around the map.
This Horizon sounds like it has something for everyone, it brought back progression, but also allows people to level up just by exploring the map.

I also hope that there aren't any multiplayer exclusive rewards as I'm not a huge fan of Eliminator either.

After the map, the progression system is the thing I'm looking forward to the most, because it seems like a good way to sort of sandbox a DIY career mode. My plan is to buy a few D-class cars ('69 S30 Z, '89 MR2 AW11, the Fiat Abarth 131 and '95 Montero for rally and offroad events respectively, and a '79 Camaro for touge because why not) and upgrade them to the next successive PI level with each wristband until they either reach S1/S2 or become completely undrivable. And since the discovery stuff is something I can do at my own pace, that should fill out the interim between each wristband's festival/qualifying events pretty well.

Now all I need are some more details about how custom eventlab races can be configured, and I'm set. The fact that they refer to a term I haven't seen them use before, "Race Customizer," makes me wonder how and if they've tweaked it. (Being able to choose specific opponent cars instead of from randomly-picked Division/category pools would be perfect for me.)

Not seen anyone touch the livery editor in footage so far 🤔
Me either, and I've been trying to keep up fairly well with the footage for that reason. I just want to see how the new flake paints look! I'm not expecting any livery editor improvements but I'd love to see the new paint materials we have to work with.

When FH5 came out, XboxNZ twitter account posted this so they know it happens and it does for tons of games

Just like you're saying, this has been a standing joke for many, many years. Xbox are well aware of this loophole and haven't ever punished anyone for it.

Here's another example of the german Xbox account on Twitter joking around.
English translation: The first person explains in German how you change your time zone on your console.

@Nacho Libre I've bought the premium upgrade in addition to my Game Pass Ultimate subscription and will be playing on my XSX as per usual 😊

Edit: @Populuxe Apparently DVS Squad and several others knows about ways to dodge these hardware bans that have been imposed by PGG. I'm no expert, but according to Google there are Hardware ID Spoofers. They are specialized software tools that intercept requests from an anti-cheat and return "spoofed" or fake hardware IDs.

What really rubs me the wrong way is that it seems like DVS will be continuing to use pirated software and won't pay for their copy. They also allegedly plan to use cheats and hacks online to troll people. So yeah, truly an insufferable person 🙄

I remember seeing this, but I'm still not sure if "pick each individual car" means selecting each car for a grid slot, or just doing what you could configure in FH5 by picking a bunch of different cars and having the game randomly pick which ones show up. I know that whenever I tried to set up one-v-one Midnight Battle-style races, where I'd drive (for example) a Toyota Supra and wanted to challenge a Nissan Skyline, I would have to pick both the Supra and Skyline as the two eligible entries, and sometimes that meant I'd wind up going against a Supra instead. Hopefully there's ways to work around that, especially if we can do custom singleplayer touge battles.
