Does anyone know if there's an easier way to find out which music track is playing without cycling through all the radio stations until the popup displays on your screen?
I’ve been wondering the same thing. In FH4, it was shown in the pause menu. It was such a useful feature, it’s a shame they took it away in subsequent games.

In other news, I would not have predicted that the first car I bought in Japan would be a third-gen Firebird, but here we are. I just wanted a car to put a Sub Pop sticker on, and this old Pontiac seemed suitably dirtbaggy.

Lmao literally the first sticker I put on something. It was the station that made me think "hey, this isn't that bad!"

Hospital is pretty good this time around even if new addition Dynamite MC sounds a bit like the Temu version of ya boy Scott Tyler at times. They play on the contrast between Dyna's and Chris Goss's delivery styles a lot so it's not all bad.

Haven't really listened to the other stations at length yet. The snippets of information and shilling of activities to do wouldn't be the same for me in Japanese so I plan to rinse out this station until I get tired of it.

Love that the number plates can be set to the XX XX format, although it's unfortunate they set them all to 500, which signifies cars under 2000cc.

My plate reads 85-26, for my year of birth and the current one, obviously.

I'm finally playing it on PC, my preferred platform, and it's running at the settings recommended by the game (Extreme profile) at 1440p while getting between 60-80 fps, very stable and without hitches or stutters so far. It looks sharper and feels more responsive than on my Xbox Series X.

I still don't see an area for photography in the official Forza.net. Does anybody know how to extract pictures in the meantime?

I figure it'll show up next week after the game is officially launched. Until that happens, I'm screenshotting my photos to get the images onto my tablet.

This time they held the Stunt Party just outside of town so I could reach it before the timer ran out. It's an easy hundred grand with the increased participation but it really screws up my journey of discovery as it takes me into regions I didn't want to start yet.
Okay, everyone on the Trolli P50 list has been sent new receipts, except @willbsn13. Sorry, my friend. I miscounted and came up one short. I’ll get you one tomorrow.

On the other hand, I’ve got a nice selection of energy drinks and more gummies than I will ever need.

After a two-week wait since authorisation, I'm delighted to say that my code arrived yesterday while I was nose deep in the initial drive.

Thanks for all the effort you've gone to on behalf of me and the GTPlanet Forza community, @Populuxe. You're a prince among men. 👑

They probably won't add one since the forums are going bye bye next month.

So we can see (some are from you obviously):
1. Revised active aero on FXX-K Evo.
2. Drive mode select on the P1.
3. Still no proper active aero on SF90 Stradale. Shame.
4. Rear wheel steering animation can co-exist with suspension upgrades.
5. Consistent wheel spin animation.
Didn't get my hands on the LaFerrari or (standard) Evija yet but I believe they should have active rear diffuser flaps.

The RakuRaku customer who turns out to be a huge dorifto fan was a bit of an unwelcome surprise. I'd even rather deliver the stinky gravalax from FH4's delivery mission than be forced into having to drift my van 55 times while delivering her tempura udon. Thanks, game. 🤬

I was just on Reddit and someone pointed out that in the Auction House that it will show you if you already own the car you are looking to bid on

That's a nice QoL add-on. I know in FH5 I have bought at least 3 Mustang SVOs because I couldn't remember whether or not I had one.
Shout out to zeggreaterthanstrat if your lurking on the GTPlanet forums

First impression after 2 hours of FH6 :
  • The handling does feel more weighty compared to FH5. As if the car has more momentum to it.
  • Braking needs a bit time for adjusting after playing FH5. You need to actually brake before corner now
  • More prominent transmission sound in first person camera
  • The story dialogue delivery seems to be geared towards teens. Compared to FH5 that geared towards children. I've only heard once that a Japanese word is pronounced at the end of an english dialogue.

The overall sound of the game seems a bit muffled though. Even though I've maxed the setting in game and the speaker i used. Perhaps a bug?

I'm enjoying the game so far, I wish I could enjoy it more, but I have to go to work.

I did get some cars between last night and today though. I'm going to avoid using the bonus cars the game gave me though, at least until I have a higher wrist band level. I dunno, using hypercars this early seems too easy.

My concern about the plate was misguided. I forgot the S13 is a 1.8, so the 500 plate was correct. The M2 I'm currently in correctly states 300 at the top of the plate.

The most authentic approach to local plates they've done so far. Good work, PG.

Absolutely stunning, running on triples with 90% settings on ultra and just so smooth, wheel feels fantastic for what is predominantly an arcade title, just cruising around Tokyo is insanely good and holy moly, the graphics are simply gorgeous ❤️

I've dug thru the credits and found these interesting licenses:
TLDR: Some interesting new brands spotted as licensing partners:

Sometimes, just because a car manufacturer is mentioned as a licensing partner doesn't mean that it's a guarantee to be in the car list eventually. For example, Felino was mentioned in FH5/FM23's credits as a license partner, yet the CB7 never appeared.
NETA already went bankrupt in China, Its home country. Don't know whether they are still available in Thailand tho.

Well, I'm not going to be posting for a while unless I have any questions because this game is what I hoped it would be so far and I'm going to be doing way more driving than messageboarding. Some minor annoyances and occasional technical hitches aside, it's off to a great start, and hopefully I'll get to immerse myself in its full sandbox potential soon.

I'm absolutely loving it and plan to comment more once I'm home from work, but I am indeed also having the stuttering issues. Supposedly it is an issue affecting AMD hardware specifically, for anyone else who is having the same issue.

First impressions after playing about 5 hours or so and getting both the blue wristband and the blue discover Japan badge thing: Wauw! What a game! Absolutely love the graphics on Series X on performance mode and the beautiful map of Japan. Also the vibe of listening to Bass Arena and have Scotty Tyler comment on progression events, treasure rumours and all that good old familiar stuff… love it!

I didn’t buy a single car yet, the game still throws cars left right and center at you, not so much anymore with wheelspins, but now via the progression journals.

My favourite cars so far (from the stuff that’s been given to me) are:

  • the Lotus Ejiva Forza Edition. My goodness I never would have thought that a drift car would become my go-to car for free roam, but it happened. This thing is really nice to drift/stunt/smash all that good stuff in free roam to get good skill chains, smash the mascottes and bonus boards.
  • the Ford F-150 Raptor Welcome Pack. Really love the sound, handling and performance of this car in its class.
  • Mitsubishi EVO VIII Welcome Pack. Another great car to use early in events when it’s allowed to enter.

One car I tried and didn’t like:
* the Dodge Viper GTS ACR Forza Edition. My goodness, while I was finishing first in all other events, this car made me finish 12th in a cross country event with a lot of swamp water. Might be the wrong car for the wring job but lol, what a disaster that was. 😅

10/10 game IMO! One of - if not the - best racing games ever made.

So I bought a 911 RS '73 which was geared towards rally/dirt racing for 932k,has anyone seen more expensive yet?

I have a two speaker setup and couldn't hear the music over the roar of my car until I changed the setting from "Home Cinema" to "Soundbar".
