It's going to sound like a weird complaint, but I think we need Festival outposts back because the houses are too far apart from each other and the central Festival site. Also, the radar from FM would be a welcome addition, considering the tendency of the AI to divebomb you.

Ordinarily I'd post a Treasure Hunt solution, but it seems that they're very, very dumbed down now.
It took me a while to find it because the clue has a picture that isn't what the world actually looks like. So I thought it couldn't possibly be where it was and specifically didn't go there because I knew it couldn't possibly be that location, until I eventually gave up and went there just in case I was mistaken about the visual difference, and there the chest was, but I wasn't mistaken, the clue image and world simply don't match.

I've watched YouTube video's of this game and come to the conclusion that it is Horizon 4 and 5 with new graphics therefore I will not buy it until it's in a sale on playstation.
A new map is the main thing, you're paying for the interest of having a new world to explore and new tracks to learn, which is basically what these games are all about compared to track racing games, they're for people who get bored of driving the same tracks and want some new ones.

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they’ve done super simple ones due to the short window between the official release date and the Playlist starting, but hopefully they’re not as blatant with the clues next month.

So, the Forza.net post mentions that we need 20/40 points to get a reward car, but in-game, we'd need 15/30...

Will we revert to 20/40 rewards by Series 2?

Also, you can achieve 30 points without even doing multiplayer stuff.
I would assume it will move to 20/40 next series since they are adding Trials back, which will probably be 10 points like it was in the previous games.

I hope an armoured car shows up in the playlist prizes, then. Or, better still, add a front-mounted machine gun and rocket launcher to the Warthog.

It's the right thing to do.

I heard the Trial is for Gold Wristband people only
I mean, it's overtly stated:

These will include The Trial, which will be available for Horizon Legends starting in Series 2. We made the decision to not include any Trial events in Series 1 to avoid placing any pressure on players to rush through earning the final Wristband in the game.

It's an option! Just go to HUD & Gameplay in Settings and scroll down to Proximity Radar. Trust me, I needed it for the Nachi Run, which was not easy compared to the other two street races I did in that Seasonal Championship. Anyone who complains that the roads are too wide in this game should have every race locked except this one until they beat it and its gaggle of rainy-bumper-cars Drivatar oafs.

And after some frustrating moments (the aforementioned Nachi Run), I'm happy to show this off, because I needed to end my racing day on a high note.

I dont think rammers are good players so we will be fine.
This has nothing to do with what I said.

That's the third time today you've quoted someone and commented on something they didn't say. Am I going to have to push buttons again, or are you going to start actually reading the things you're replying to?

That's odd. This is the image on mine:

And this is a photomode shot from the same place (minus the chest which I already smashed):

Completed this week's festival playlist except waiting for the next stunt event. Nothing super difficult, thankfully no "the trial" yet.

PR event 3 stars completed, some of them seemed daunting but none were super difficult once you start getting some good cars and figure out the right ones to use.

Tried delivery job, did not really enjoy it, feels like a grind with RNG generated missions, if you dont 3 star you can't try again and it doesn't seem to matter for anything except progressing quicker, I was hoping for curated missions like the stories where you can work towards getting all the stars. Maybe I am missing something here?

Still have not found my missing road #671, at this point have to hope some curated race or mission will eventually have me run over it.

I do get your point. It does take many hours to get the Gold Wristband so thats why they are not adding the Trial until the Decades Playlist releases.

I do get your point.
No, you clearly don't.

You said "I heard the Trial is for Gold Wristband people only". It's actually clearly stated on the actual Forza.net article that the Trial is for Horizon Legends - that is people who have completed the Wristband questline, unlocked Legend Island, completed the drive and received the Gold Wristband.

It's a clearly communicated fact, not a rumour that has to be heard and passed along.

Your goal here seems to be to make as many posts as you possibly can, responding with utterly irrelevant comments that bear no relation to what people are actually saying and reposting your own posts when nobody answers you (because about 75% of the people posting have you on Ignore). I was bored of it ten days ago when I gave everyone a break from you, and I'm still bored of it now because you've learned absolutely nothing.

One way or another, this nonsense will cease. And no, this post doesn't require a response.

Yes, so as you can see, they don't match at all. The clue has a fence on the far side of the path that is the same as the fence on the near side. The actual game world has those short concrete things on the far side. I knew this is how the game world is so thought it couldn't possibly be that location.

I must have missed the modern cities in 4 & 5.. I'm not the biggest fan of the series and I have *no regrets.

*Only that FH got a 1990 Nissan #12 Skyline GT-R and FM did not.

My favourite new feature is a simple one but makes a big difference to exploring and that's cars for sale around the map.

Yes, so as you can see, they don't match at all.
I mean... they do.

You could post it as a spot-the-difference puzzle and people might circle the fence/chain and lower bush count (and sky, but I'm guessing they used a certain TOD/Weather preset), but to say they don't match at all when a couple of details are slightly different is a reach. I thought you meant they used an entirely different location...

Plus the actual chest icon showed up on that spot, which I think was the biggest clue and merits not bothering with giving people spoilered clues any more.

The screenshot was probably taken in development before the concrete barriers were added, They expect the players to pay more attention to the landmarks (what type of road, the lake with the building on the opposite side, and the hot air balloons), since that is what your eyes should be focused on. Always look at the major landmarks before going into the finer details (where the trees are, where are the rocks placed, etc.)

Just giving a heads up for future treasure hunts.

To me these (taken from your images) are clearly different:

It's only clearly the same location if you know the entire map and know there is no other location that matches the image and therefore it has to be an error and it's actually that location. There was no chest icon on my map when I fast travelled there.

I just found that location pretty memorable when I went there in normal gameplay, because it's unusual to have a patch of water that is inaccessible like that, so the short concrete posts really stuck in my mind and were the first thing I looked for in the image.

Yes, as I agreed:

... but they are clearly the same location given that they have all the same landmarks and even larger details like trees and the arrangement of hot air balloons (which is... odd). It's got virtually nothing to do with knowing the map - I certainly don't - but when it's one of the marked points of interest, even notwithstanding the red treasure chest icon, the slightly different fencing and foliage quantities ought to matter little.

As it is, I remain not bothering to give the same spoilered locations I did during FH5's life because there is no point.
