The ironic thing is after installing the new hotfix and restarting the game, it locked on me while doing some food deliveries. I had to restart once again.

For any continuing issues with the High Five badge after the hotfix, entering an online race seems to get it to unlock.

So you permanently bought the game but also have Game Pass? Also I think you can do everything in the Festival Playlist except the online stuff which I dont think is much you are missing out on.

No, I don't have Game Pass, as I cancelled it a year or so ago, whenever they did the absurd price hike. But I did permanently buy the game.

And yeah, missing out on most of the online components isn't too bad (unless they've gotten a lot better since 5, which I only used via Game Pass). But it locks me out of several award cars, and the non-ghosted Drivatars along with other traffic in free roam can get irksome when going for a PR stunt.

For me they have gotten better to the point I actually played the online modes this time around. Maybe they're not essential, but they're more than tolerable for the most part as something else to do in the gap between seasons.

I wish we'd got the funky aqua and yellow trainers/sneakers separately instead of just as part of the outfit. People would probably still complain that we didn't get the van though.
