Brian is relatively quick and clean; probably a second a lap off my pace (I've raced with him a lot) but he's a good addition to any Lobby.

John's more of a Horizon specialist but is primarily an entertainer on his weekly stream, and would rather have fun with the cars than grind for tenths ;)
 
you guys better start adding me to your friend's list. I usually play some career and than aims for hot lap until I am high on the leaderboard.
 
I haven't been following anything Forza-related since the final week of car reveals, so I wasn't aware that the game is about to unlock. When does it happen precisely?

Ultimate edition is midnight tomorrow.

Edit: I presume it’s regional midnight launch?

Saw 2016 Ford Mustang and and Mercedes C63 AMG Forza Editions on the live stream, both with widebodies. The C63 widebody is looking very DTM inspired.

Your download will complete when your “Forza Motorsport 7” edition unlocks – this Friday, Sept. 29 for the Ultimate Edition or Oct. 3 for Deluxe and Standard Editions. If you have encountered this issue, we sincerely apologize.

Guessing local time. The Windows 10 store pages clearly states 11PM on the 28th in my region, which is in line with US East coast Midnight.

Says here mine will be available at 00:00:00 on 29th September. So midnight Thursday night, just going into Friday.
 
Hmm. Just got off from Xbox support and apparently my download is failing because I'm losing about 1 out of every 300 or more packets, which is irritating considering Steam, Origin, and uPlay don't seem to have any issues with that happening. In any case I'm going to have to try and grab an ethernet cable and drag my desktop et al out to the hallway to connect it directly to the router and hope I get better success (not to mention hope the whole setup doesn't get tripped over by drunk flatmates).

I was just thinking, I wonder if the new photomode options that have yet to be talked about actually includes that garage space with multiple cars. I'm still very much interested to know actually has been changed within the photomode.

Where did you hear about new photomode stuff? That'd be a very welcome change IMO, photomode has barely been touched since FM2.

Yeah, not overly pleased about the restrictions. Had them in FM2 and didn't make it in the next 4 (or 7 if you include the FH games) games, was in GT5 and removed for GT6.

You mean besides the cars they only offered to those who could beat a rediculous time? Or the ones that were only available for a small period of time (Silvia, Ford GT, Super Trofeo Huracan, Ferrari 312P, that stupid Fallout thing, there may be others)?
 
I might be there Friday to play with you guys, it might be later. I'm waiting for my check to arrive. If it comes tomorrow, I'll be able to purchase Forza 7 at Walmart. Since it's on shelves, they have to let me purchase it.
