I'll post pictures of these cars just to clarify who they are.

At this point, will be really cool having this cars...

Mazda RT24-P can mean that 499P will come too. Highest voted car and Monza is the second most voted track. Will not surprise as Isotta can come too. As Duqueine chassi was leaked before.

Where's the source? I've checked r/forza and r/forzahorizon, to no avail.

To make some clarifications:

I've checked the car files on the retail build, and turns out,

"AST_98_V8Vantage_17" is actually the Aston Martin #7 V8 Vantage GT3 based on the livery textures that it came with.

And as of now, what's left in this leaked list include:

ALF_11_GiuliettaBTCC_18
CHE_3_CamaroTA_18
CHE_14_Monza_77
CHE_24_Hendrick3rd_17
FOR_22_Penske2nd_17
MAZ_55_RT24P_18
VOL_C30Polestar_13
The post and account has since been deleted but they had posted the same for the past 5 updates and all were accurate

This has to be the #3 Camaro TA, although the model’s raced in the 2019 Trans Am.

I've heard a few. It was mentioned that the tracks would play in order before being added to the regular shuffle, but I wouldn't be surprised if that got messed up somewhere.

What I think would help quite a bit is if there was a "jukebox" of some kind in the game. I know that there's no proper race music like FM6 & 7, but it would still be nice to see a list of all the songs and pick and choose which ones you want to hear.
First thing I do in every game I play is turn the sound off (except Nintendo games which is strangely not annoying at all).

I'm not strong on gaming music either. I listen to YouTube RV Travels around the world or to Smooth Instrumental Jazz with the car running in the main game.

Is anyone having issues launching the game this evening?

I keep getting errors about being unable to log in to xbox live launching the PC gamepass version. I dont see any services with issues on the xbox support status page. Next step I'll try will be a restart but I figure I'll post here first.

EDIT: restart did not work, I tried logging out and back in from the xbox app itself and now I cannot log in at all, so some sort of ms/xbox issues I'm guessing.

EDIT 2: still nothing on the xbox status page but I am seeing others reporting on twitter/X similar log in issues at least on PC.

EDIT 3: problem seems to be already resolved as I was able to log in and launch the game as normal.

Haven't played/owned the game yet but I'm seriously thinking of getting it now after this update.

I know the 20th Anniversary tour intro was already posted a few pages back, but since that video had no music in the background I genuinely had no idea that they brought back "Paris Rouen" for the intro sequence.

For me, Lance Hayes to Forza Motorsport is what Daiki Kasho/Isamu Ohira/Masahiro Andoh is to Gran Turismo. I hope T10 keeps him around for future updates/games.

499P will come too. Highest voted car and Monza is the second most voted track.
i dont know if will 499P happen, for the reasons i already had told you
its also very much possible that Interlagos may show up first than Monza so dont keep your hopes up abour this one

It was highlighted in FlashMotorsport's latest video that the replay save bug in the suggestions hub needs more votes on it to be taken seriously, it's got a criminally low vote count, so lets pump this up, replays over 20mins not saving shouldn't be a thing 1.5yrs after release: https://forums.forza.net/t/replays-not-saving-replay-after-show-message-replay-saved-1825611/736059
a lot of stuffs that we need have low count on forums, better career mode, more variety of cars outside of GT3/LMDh/HY and others stuffs, i also ask for you guys not only visit the forums more but tell your friends that play forza to visit the forums as well
Someone on reddit has posted a poem about the next update. From what I can get from it, GT4 rs, Vantage v8 GTE and indycar
i am suprised they maneged indycar this early, also the fact we are in a world where Formula E is someone´s exclusive (ubisoft/gameloft group) and NASCAR and Indycar are not, when 2/3/4 years ago it was the revese, how fast things move

Would anyone be interested in trying out a track settings file I've edited? It gets rid of most of the volumetric fog making the track really clear. Also moves the 3D grass LoD farther out so you don't have to watch the grass grow right before your eyes.
I'd be interested to see what others think about the clearer look without volumetric fog.

Sorry, forgot to add this is for PC. 😬

I doubt that Interlagos will come first. As Monza is a highly requested track and with 499 P being the most voted car will be easy to see a return of the Temple of Speed around July, probably. As now, they can back with the old track launching cycle!

But, I think Interlagos have a high chance to come, but, most likely next to the end of the year, because, Interlagos will be a new track to Forza Franchise, also, they can prepare a SPECIAL update! With a PS5 announcement maybe? I don't know...

But WEC in Interlagos is in July, so, there is a little chance to come in this mid of the year!
However, after Fujimi launched, is hard to see a new Track to Forza soon, as, track being made from the ground up.

Monza, is more likely because they already have the license and it was in FM7 and others Forza's...

I hope to see Monza with the F1 Updates, because, turned the track fastest and hard, with the gravel traps. Also, in F1 25 the track is on the 2012 model. If Forza launches Monza in July, with the updates, the game will have the most accurate model comparing all racing games in this decade and will be historic, as will be the unique game to have the current model(LMU don't have the updates).

If we're getting the Indycar I wouldn't count out an updated Long Beach

Interlagos is the most voted track, by a lot, also Monza (in special due the hard to pass and easy to crash turn 1 more tighter than S do Senna) has infame on Forza for years by now, this why it wasnt even put on day 1 in the first place

With a PS5 announcement maybe?
if FH6 is announced this sunday, and if it comes with PS5 port day 1 as some are rumorizing, you can forget this, beacuse it makes clear that they have no intention to lunch FM to go agnaist Gran Turismo, also its likely they will keep FM soomewhat exclusive beacuse this also please the console crowd that wants a few exclusives for their console and FM wont give them the profits that launch a horizon on other plataforms would give them, just on Xbox/PC FH5 has at least 4x/5x the number of FM players, maybe even more

i know the now-infamous "no redline" queote by Phil, but at this point is also VERY known by a lot that the Xbox direction knows that this path is being heavly critized and even causing in-fights inside the company, and so keep a game or two would make life better for them to slow down the critiques, even if is just FM

Monza with the F1 Updates
If they are putting indycars on the game first, it means that they will use indycars as main formula racing on the game like the last titles, also its cheaper (licence wise) and easier to get the car unlike 2000s-Present F1 that they would have to deal with EA Exclusivity and other factors

the only car that maybeeeeeee can come is a recent Alpine, but it is for a few years due to show up, it hasnt came yet and i think is due EA interference on its excluvity, in fact they were assumed to come first before indycars, so if alpine has not came before indycars, its beacuse EA should be putting some type of interferency

Indycar I wouldn't count out an updated Long Beach
Long Beach in other hand i think its possible, intially they mentioned no interest on street tracks to differenciate them from horizon but now they decided put fujimi, maybe they will put Long Beach as well, i dare to say first than Monza lol

I don't think the licencing for any F1 car between 2000-2008 is there anymore considering those games they featured in games that were from a different era of EA or whatever developer pre-Codemasters, I don't think they're that strict, also the classic cars between 2000-2008 that were in F1 2020, the last F1 game to have classic cars, was pre-EA buying Codemasters so the licences for those would've expired by now

If (as you say) Monza's being held back because Drivatars can't cope with its turn 1 chicane, then the only reason I could see Long Beach's carousel of death returning ahead of it would be because of its 'Murica and IMSA connections.

Mainly I just want them to update the in-game spectators at Catalunya to add 1 sweaty englishman

Anyway, we're half way through the anniversary update, and there might be something good to come in the next update...
That should be pretty easy, they all wear matching tracksuit top and bottoms, should make for easy texture creation.

I would gladly take more 80s and 90s F1 cars like the few we have in game now. They were way more raw than the dull ones out now.

Yeah I know they are popular but I'm not a huge fan either, was watching Erratic stream F125 yesterday and it just seems dull to me, prefer cars that are a bit less on rails, and not quite as many gears.

Some rather bold assumptions being made about potential forthcoming content...

not drivatars, even worse, actual humans cant cope with turn 1
This doesn't make much sense, and unless you work for Turn 10 and know for sure it seems a little weird to make such a confident statement about why it wasn't included.

From my experience in public hoppers and organized leagues since FM1, a significant portion of Forza players can't cope with:
  1. F1 (of any era)
  2. Can Am
  3. Group C
  4. LMDh
  5. Trans Am
  6. GT3
  7. Powerful road cars
  8. Rain
  9. Night
  10. Nurburgring GP turn 1
  11. Indianapolis GP turn 1
  12. Daytona roval turn 1
  13. Laguna Seca turn 1
  14. VIR
  15. The entire Nordschleife
  16. Fujimi Kaido
  17. Tire strategy
  18. Launching off the line
  19. Overtaking cleanly
  20. Multiclass traffic
...And that's just the brief list that comes to mind at the moment. All those things are in Forza though, so I don't see why lots of players sucking would only be a problem for Monza.
