It's great to hear that everyone had a good time and that the races went much better this week. I was out and busy all day today, but if we got anything going down tomorrow, I will be up for some racing.

I wouldn't say it went better but it was still allot of fun. I found a bit more bumping this week. I will be on but it won't be until after football and the Talladega race.

Some restricted races would be cool, like all muscle cars, or all 4WD, etc.

Not sure if it will help with racing lag because I think it is solely console. I will pay more attention when the notification pops up and compare to online to offline to confirm this.

That Ferrari GTO was incredible! I don't think I lost a race with it. I can't seem to figure out why it's in A-Class, it just dominates everything for some reason.

On the first couple of races we did I was quite scared of the Daytona Coupe right behind me. It just followed me the entire way through the race.

Yeah that was my Daytona. I was trying to keep up with you but you were killing me on the straights. Anyway had some fun yesterday boys. I might of bumped a few times and I apologize for that but that was my first time onlin so cut me some slack.

Yeah, one or two were lagging for me, all others were fine.

Off topic question to other members- Does anyone else set their ''Notifications'' to off on their dashboard due to lag when a friend or message pops up? Just curious if this is happening to anyone else.

@Soldier, no Elite. I think it is console related because it happens both online and offline.
 
Yeah, it could be related...it's just a guess. I have no idea though.

That one, I missed my braking point, by a few feet or so, and over shot that corner (As seen off in the distance). I think you could have pass me at that point, except you got tagged in the rear.

That's a nice looking shot though. Looks like you guys are drifting.
 
I knew I was pretty close to you going into that turn, but I didn't realize, I was that close.

HAHA, yeah when I was messing with the replay cameras earlier I came across this angle and instantly had flash backs. Not sure how old everyone is but the older folk can appreciate:lol:.
 
Well I just went to fire up my 360 for some Forza and I get the red ring of death! Nothing I've tried has worked....looks like I'll be buying a new 360! :ouch:

There are DIY fixes for the RROD all over the net. Google it and at least attempt it before spending the extra money.
 
Been doing some Rivals today, got to second behind Eric in the American Drag one in monthly and while testing I beat his time, just cant replicate it when it counts. Also got some real nice times laid down for the AutoX at Indy with the American Muscle cars. Made about 400K in that one alone.
 
Some of the times you guys put down in qualifying were amazing. I was having a really hard time dealing with the traffic on Road America. There are so many spots were the AI cars bunch up, I was always loosing momentum or taking to much risk and ending up with a de-certified lap.
 
So what is going on this week ZR1Chris?

BTW, I work 3pm - 11pm CDT this Saturday, so it's unlikely that I will be able to race this weekend if it's at the normal 2pm Eastern Time. I will however, participate in qualifying.

At first I thought those AutoX races were lame......but now I find them to be so addicting. One of the best features, go figure.

If you haven't yet, check out some of the top leaderboard replays, INSANE how quick people are through those barrels.

I'm going to announce the qualifying event tomorrow morning as usual. I'm still thinking of exactly what to do for Saturday. I may change the start time to see if more qualifiers show up.
 
You might want to start later then on Saturday? Isn't that when most gamers are on? Maybe do a poll in this thread and see what people type.
 
I have a new chance at testing a CSR Elite wheel! Except I have no chance. :( If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's what it is. The top three people get to test the CSR Elite people. (Thomas confirmed) Of course I have no chance, hope Sonac get's it, he really deserves it.

It did seem like there were a few more people around 3:30pm est. It's hard to gauge with so many members over seas. A poll might be a good idea. I will have to get with liVe styLe and see if he can come up with a poll and put it up in the OP.

I guess we will keep the time for this Saturday the same and use the poll for the following Saturday.
 
Just checked out the original post and everything is looking really legit now. Won't be surprised if we hit the 100 members limit before the end of the year.
