yeah it wasnt laggy before... but i dont know if its the frame rate or if they have increased the sense of speed even more because it seems so smooth now.
upon release i found that the framerate was vey inconsistent, with massive screen tear. Over the course of a few updates the screen tearing has almost completely gone, and i think that the framerate is more stable.
On almost all of the city tracks (especially Madrid), screen tearing was pretty bad when several cars all hit a corner at the same time (from the dash/hood cam). Although I played with the update for several hours last night, I never even payed attention to any of those corners...I was playing with the CSL on wide open tracks.
