Actually, your best bet is asking for a Level 24 ticket. Only three cars that are level 24 so better chance of getting the F2007. You can also rip it until you get it.

2014 Corvette is Free, cant be sent, and obtainable in PS Store as Downloadable Content, 300zx Premium is in New Car Dealer.

The OP is doing a good thing with this gifting thread, but IMO some of the requests for Premium cars you can buy yourself is just selfish. 👎
