mustangsvtcobra,

I have to apologize for my mistaking you for a cutter/basher and taking you out on eu rouge. After watching the replay, it's clear you were not driving dirty and your laps were very clean. There were other cars around us and in the confusing of cars sliding around and passing each other, I thought I saw you cutting but in fact you were just weaving through a few less skilled drivers. THen when you suddenly took so much time on my at eu rouge, I assumed you cut and were bashing your way through.

Again, I"m sorry for letting it get to me and for showing any frustration. YOu are a clean driver and I hope we see you again.
No worries man, I already forgot about it. I had a good time racing overall. The car was very enjoyable, albeit very difficult to master (seemed to really wiggle left and right when coasting). After several laps of practice, I figured out these setup changes, specifically for Spa:

Coast Diff - 65%
Aero - 0 Front, 1 Rear
Gearing - 1 notch down (top speed 279)
Tire PSI - Adjust as necessary (I did +1psi front and rear)

Best Lap: High 2:23s/Low 2:24s

I've never driven the P4/5 before actually, and I was pleasantly surprised with it, though I did spin out several times in some of the slow speed zones, the steering wheel got very light when I lift off the throttle mid corner.

I had a great rumble with you in the second and third race, i think we went into Eau Rouge side by side and then had slight contact? Almost the Ickx/ Bellof moment but with better consequences.

Sorry for the contact though ;)

I am such an idiot. I didn't go out last night or anything...just stayed home. It was about 8pm or 8:30pm when I thought to myself "Man...I'm bored. I should have called someone to do something...". And obviously, I completely forgot about the Friday Night Fun action. I like Spa-Francorchamps. It's a good track for all racers from n00b to Alien.

EDIT: One of these days....one of these days I'll be on that starting line with you guys.

PP3 trackday it is then. Hopefully you guys aren't sick of them but I figured since we did it for the first two packs we might as well do it for all three.

Glad to hear there are no hard feelings, svt...

All, I will not be able to make it this week.

See you after the new year!

Merry Christmas to all of you!

I'll plan on being there! I enjoyed the open track day for the first pack and the GT3 cars are a blast around that track.

Merry Xmas chaps!

So, I got a steam card for Christmas.... a few of us were talking about getting into counterstrike... I'm also playing halo custom games on pc, which is free, btw.

Anyone want to shoot stuff with me?

I used to really love the FPS games, back in the Goldeneye days, and I was quite good. Any newer ones I've tried seem to be a bit too complicated for me though, lots of commands and procedures to remember. I might check out a free game though, nothing to lose but time. Does a PS3 controller work on PC? I have one of those around somewhere.
