I'm not attending this one sadly, best show of this car so far.
 
I'm pleased to announce that from ToCA11 onwards, Juta Blendini will be known as Tag: Juta.
The manufacturer of choice is still under wraps however, and a major re-livery is also likely.
 
That's a downgrade in my view lol. 59.049 without a tow :( could have been
 
Well, these are the test results so far...

1) Scaniabebe: 0:58.780
2) Ninners: 0:58.918
3) Yeratel: 0:58.976

Please note: All these times were times in the draft or each other. All of us were around 59.2 out of the draft.
 
Time to get in there and get in the mix!
 
The 58.9 was with 30lap old tyres with a tow.
 
I'm in 59.4's.
 
Now I must hope that Joe and SnowCrash are suffering monumental issues.. Or decide not to come tonight! :P
 
Also note my best times were done with 2 wheels on the green stuff.

59.0 for me. The gearing I used when I tested here before is off by about 1000rpm in 3rd and 4th gear for some reason, so I may find a little more time.
 
Strangely, I was doing 59.3s when I had about 1000rpm to spare before braking into Brooklands, but could barely hit 59.6s when I tightened the gearing.

Mine is the other way. 3rd is revving to high, causing wheelspin, understeer, and more tyre wear.

Actually my best was done after I passed you both, so without draft and with ~10 lap old tyres after I finally got T1 right (2 wheels on kerb that is)
 
I got 59.0 without drafting when testing alone..
 
Are you guys racing today? ITCC has an off week and I think I may attempt to quallify.

Found out why my gearing seemed off. I'd just forgotten why I'd made it like that. I've found some more time now.

I don't know why but I keep doing it.

Mount the kerb on the left, keep the kerb on the right then wait for the left hander but nooo there's a wall.

Any chance changing it to silverstone international so if I do this I don't hit the wall :D

And furi I don't need to qualify do I?
 
What's average pace the go-or-go-homers are racing? Surely I can't slap a car together in >30 min and make the race?
 
Don't change it to Silverstone International.. I've just been practicing for 3 hours or so at National! :P
