Uh, was I even there? Alzheimer's got me. Last TOCA GT5-season I must have raced a Mazda. Nah, still nothing. :lol:
 
Mine felt pretty good last season. I was stuck in 7th/6th for much of race 1 because I barely had any straight line to pass people. When I did get passed I got mugged clean past down the pit straight.

Generally what i'm expecting. I'm learning to use the brakes a lot more now, so out-braking may be on the cards for once.

GRC race 1 at Willow earlier this year gave me some braking round the outside experience.

Btw, @hsv have you reset your suspension since the update? They changed the default suspension setting, but I think if you bought the car pre-update, you will still be using the old settings. Or just in case it's slower, I would buy a new car and test both settings. :)

Do you mean the round I was being 1.5s faster with the white BRZ? :D

I wish the GRC was still going as it was, the 2002 had so much potential.

I meant when I did the awesome slide-job up sparky, and when I lined up the braking zone and just took the other car round the outside.

I wreally wish it was, that BRZ was killing! Got the pole at Stowe by half a second then got it again at Streets of Willow by 1.5s. I never been so fast in my entire life! :lol:

Problem was my racecraft. Now that I'm racing at SNAIL I got so much better hahah
 
What's a good time at Nurb? Doing some testing to see if the Toybota is bad in this seasons specs or not as @hsv claims :p
 
As I said, 1.09 may be different. It was the pre-season race we did at Nurb which made DK pull the plug.
 
I remember GKM told me he did a test at Apricot Hill about a week ago after the race and did a 26.3 and said there was potential of a 25.7 and that was after 8 laps.

He didn't think it was that slow.
 
I'm definitely going back to an FF next season. I miss being able to save massive 180 spins.

I can try, I think the issue was that my laptop was doing sound mixes which was causing my frame rate on the tv to drop, will need to get on for test sessions and see how it behaves.
 
I normally do a 360 when I do spin and stick it in reverse and get it pointing the right way. It's actually a really quick way of recovering.

Slightly different with a FWD though.
 
Definitely going for something fast on the straights next season. Makes overtaking so much less of a hassle.

I kick the gears back to 1st and point straight right away, it's how I saved the Elise during WGTC grading. Didn't work on Spa because @Siggers hit me while I spun.
