That test session is showing that the race this weekend should be a classic as long as we fix the weather glitch to make it a little more raceable... Cars look much faster this season too

Hmmm didn't have any rain though after I lowered settings ;)
 
Well duuuhhh of course you'd have less rain when you lower settings :)
 
Could not get a clean lap in for the life of me, kept just catching too much kerb or overdriving the corners too much. I do think significant time can be gained by running a Nürburgring specific tune. My MKIV felt awesome on the GP section but as soon as I hit the Nordschliefe it was getting thrown around on the bumps.
 
I remember during the VLN early this year in the R8 the car felt terrible in the GP section, that and I'd barely practised after it was so bad but when we had a test lobby in the evening shortly before the race the thing was actually pretty fast round the rest of the track even though it felt terrible on the GP section.
 
Ferrari is garbage on the GP circuit but godly on the Nordschliefe.
