i cant find this act..

A uk guy plays an old lady as she sits in her room and talks about things from orgasms to just being old and funny. its on youtube and has a few million views but i just cant find it..

anyone heard of it?

its a live show and is talks of him making a dvd or something.

To be honest, without the Youtube video I stand next to no chance. The only cross-dressing British comedian I know of is Eddie Izzard, and I don't recall him ever doing an old lady act.

i know... its so ambigious...

unless its not actually a cross dresser, but an actual old lady...

damn.. i hope i remember it over the next day so i can post it and show how funny it was.

What about that old english lady (=man) with the outrageous spectacles, the name slips my mind at the moment. She's had a fair few talk shows on the BBC. The one who had a real old woman as a sidekick..... or is she Australian? I can't recall.

Barry Humphries/Dame Edna Everage. Very Australian :D

Dame Edna?

The only sketches I can think of that match the original description in this thread are some of the Little Britain sketches.

Yeah, but like Catherine Tate they slip up on the "funny" part...

Sorry, so if i said im looking for an irish act you would have known? haha

but yeah its a funny one.. i knew you guys would love it

Nope, but we do have several Irish members who could have helped. I still haven't heard of them even after watching it :D

I go 1 minute in and turned it off, I'd have probably found it funny when I was 13 and sex was always hilarious, but not anymore.

Infact, I think 'Miranda' is the only show I've seen recently that made me want to scoop my eyes out more than this.

Still, whatever floats your boat.

The Irish are much better at being the butt of jokes than they are making them.
