Whether a picture is funny or not is an OPINION. If a picture isn't funny to you, it doesn't mean it won't to anyone else. If you don't find it funny, hold your fire. If it's a picture that's just plain silly and/or mind numbingly unfunny, maybe then are you obliged to say "That's not funny."

Actually gotta confess this made me laugh.. I normally flip my lid within about 20 seconds of using any laptop because of the key configuration...

Yeah, it bothers me a bit that people seem to feel justified in calling "meme" pictures categorically unfunny, as though they were an unarguably lower form of humor. It's pretty obvious that they aren't the most refined or clever type of picture to post in this thread, but I don't think that that precludes some people considering them funny. I think it's perfectly fine to say that you don't find a given picture funny, but you have no license to say directly that it's somehow objectively unfunny.
