The Sand People were the fall guys the destruction of the Mos Eisley railway trestle, although the permanent damage to the Tusken Raider Tunnel has always been a sore spot with the Empire, who were in talks with Amtrak at the time.
 
Probably because I don't have a laser scanner, a 3D printer, a mouth guard with a hinge or a date with a new person... or even an old person.
