I just don't say anything when someone sneezes. It's really quite odd that people feel compelled to say something after a sneeze but not a cough. The'll even do the mindbogglingly bizarre thing where they say "bless you, bless you, bless you" after each sneeze. Then someone coughs 3 times and they completely ignore it.

Me and my family have a weird, obviously inherited condition where we all sneeze like 7 times instead of once. This leads people to stop saying bless you haha.
