:( g25 Doesnt feel the same no more

Actually, I got my G25 for $295 at Dick Smiths, and I think it's gone cheaper again now with them charging $265 or something.

Same ($295 DSE) though I think the price is upto $395 now, though you can still find them $295 and a little less some places.

I'm thinking of buying a G25 and therefore I have a question:

Is the "no flatshifting" -problem only applicable if you are using the clutch?

Or isn't it even possible to floor it when using the paddles for shifting?

I really really really miss power shifting. Really bad. It was so nice for drifting. So unfair a realistic aspect of driving is erased.

i have the DFP and have found that ever since the update the wheel feels sooo much better. i dont know what they changed.. but the cars to me seem so much nicer to drive. and a hell of a lot more fun!!

They added grip to the S and R compound tires. Consequently, cars are grippier. There's a list of tires to use if you want the stock simulation grip back.

Yep, I agree ...

I don't use powershifting in races, it's not fair. In drifting I also don't use it often, but here and there, it comes to a situation, that I could use it for a better drift and I get a misshift and it just brakes my heart and my bubble with bad words . Thumb down on that on, PD.

g25 feels the same too me. just the cars/tires feels different i think. anyways, i hate that the weel woggeling a little left-right if you give it a twitch....understandable while in speed, but its acting like that too when your car is standing still.

I'm using the DFP and it does this too, hope my real car never start to do this
