Purchased a G27 wheel for use on my PS3, with GT5, NFS 2, Grid, DIRT etc. Found the force feedback on GT5 totally unusable (way too hard) and no way I could find to adjust it down. Is there a way?
Ditto to King Rocket -- I started with mine adjusted to about 3-4 until I was comfortable with the feel.
FYI -- When you first begin on a G27 it is easy to think that we will automatically be faster and smoother -- Didn't happen with me and many others on GTP. I used a DS3 for years and got very used to just letting go of the stick for the front wheels to come back straight. Not so with a real racing wheel. -- Imagine my surprise when it kept spinning out!
A good wheel and pedals like the G27 makes the game far more enjoyable but it takes time and practice, practice, practice.
