Games recommendation for wii

Hi there,

What games are you guys playing with your wii? I have been playing the included sports game and cooking mama with my three months old wii. Are there any other nice games worth getting?

Buy Super Mario Galaxy. You won't regret it. Metroid Prime 3 is also very good if you're into that kind of game.

...uh, those are really the only must-buys so far. Hang tight for Super Smash Bros. Brawl (due in February), that's almost guaranteed to be a killer app.

Tiger Woods is the bomb. And the new Resident Evil Umbrela Chronicles is also very good.

- Mario Galaxy for sure
- Metroid Prime 3 was great, but I beat it in a 1 week rental
- Resident Evil 4 is awesome still. I have probably beat it about 8 times now.
- Zelda: Twilight Princess is great too.

Kinda sad that after a year of Wii it only has 4 or 5 must haves.

At the risk of sounding rude, typing "Super Mario Galaxy review" into Google provides a variety of sources. And if you'd rather watch than read, typing the same thing into YouTube brings up several choices, some professional, some amateur.

That seems normal to me, if not above average. Games that appeal to the vast majority of players are hard to come by, and the first year or so is always slow with any new console.

Personally, I'm finding that I don't have enough money to buy all of the Wii games that I want, so I guess I'm satisfied with the current selection. I couldn't say the same thing a few months ago.
