Gamestop DLC?

ok we all have the code, but some of us, me included!, have only received the nascar and not the McLaren....HELP!!!

My wife had already picked up my CE at Gamestop this morning. When I called her I asked if they gave her the codes for the Gamestop DLC, she said she didn't get anything else. I made her look at the receipt and there were no codes on it, so I called the Gamestop where she picked up my pre-order and the guy told me they had just received the batch of DLC codes, so since my wife picked it up earlier this morning, she didn't receive them.

This is what peeved me, he then tells me that she should come by with her receipt sooner rather than later before they run out of codes!


So much for codes being a pre-order bonus. I guess the batch of codes they receive aren't exactly matched with their pre-order quantities. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is that?

No worries for me cause my wife works in the mall, but still.. GameStop is not very organized.

I got my NASCAR-only code from Gamestop, and have e-mailed them about the other one. They usually take a full day to reply. Oh well, out of town until Monday, and my game only shipped today.

They have no idea what went wrong. Might be a case of promising more than they could. According to the person I spoke to, only one of the cars is available in the game then.

My wife went back and picked up the codes. The Gamestop guy told her to wait about a week and keep an eye on the internet before downloading the cars. They should have the Maclaren problem fixed by then.

The codes only expire in January.

Maybe after you put in your Gamestop code, it unlocks the Logano car, but you have to EARN/ LEVEL UP to get the McLaren? Did you really think they were going to give us a McLaren out of the box to blow away the Sunday cup with? This is most likely whats happening with that car. Which is lame, because thats why I chose Gamestop too. Picking up my copy tonight. A bonus isnt something you should have to EARN, otherwise, its not a "bonus".

There's one code for both cars, when you redeem the code be sure to download both cars, once it is done you'll have both in your Garage in GT Mode. I have the McLaren, you can change the racing number and font on the side.

When I put in the code there were not two cars, just the NASCAR car.

The chromeline cars all worked.

I'll try my Gamestop code again later to see if they added the McLaren.

Mine said the same thing (the form is the same online) but it only downloaded one car.

Whatever, when they switch employees I'm going to go there and say I never got my DLC and get a 2nd one. . The store has about maybe 200 of them, they had about 2 boxes of 100.

I entered my Gamestop DLC codes and I downloaded both cars.

I just called my Gamestop and they gave me a code. The guy that gave me my order this morning forgot to give it to me!

Here is what happened to me. I picked up the game today with no fly inside BUT got a receipt with only one code. I entered the code and only received the NASCAR DL...
Went back to game stop and told them the problem and they were more then happy to print out another code for me. Got back home and entered it in and THIS time got the option to DL Both the NASCAR and F1... So If you only get one car then try heading back to game stop for another code. Hope this helps a few peps.

there is only one code for the nascar and Mclearan i thought i only got the nascar one but when i checked my garage the Mclearean was there so everyone double check your garage

It is only one code... just the first code I entered in only gave me the NASCAR. I never got the F1... When I went back and got an other code I was able to get the NASCAR and the F1 this time. Dont know what the deal was with the first code.

That's weird, I just got my CE with the code on the receipt. I wonder why different Gamestop's do this differently.

I took a chance and entered my code and got both the NASCAR and McLaren F1

At first the NASCAR appeared by itself but the McLaren shows up like 2-3 secs later.

Sucks for the folks who only got the NASCAR. Sorry to hear that fellas

Is it our fault that Gamestop took away content from us because what they gave us doesn't work? If someone pre-ordered the game, they should get the codes they were promised.

How did they take away content?I am sure they will fix this and get everyone the cars they pre-ordered.But someone should not try to screw someone else over in order to get they didn't pay for,that is what he would be doing if he lied and got someone else's code as well as his.
