Gamestop DLC?

Is it our fault that Gamestop took away content from us because what they gave us doesn't work? If someone pre-ordered the game, they should get the codes they were promised.

yes and being a douche and lying is a great way to get another DLC code.

They had my DLC code taped on top of my CE box. It was just a thin piece of paper.

went back to my gamestop and after explaining what happened they happily gave me a new code to try and said if it dosnt work come back and we can try it again no problem.
I tried the new code and it didnt work so i didnt procede with redeeming it. Ill try again in the next couple of days.

I called Gamestop customer support. They are aware of the issue and said I should get a new code by Friday or Monday.

Just let it go through the options and then a person will eventually pick up.

There should be two cars after you put in the code. Call gamestop and ask for another code! They just print one out and give you the code. 👍

YES... It worked for me. I went back to the same store and they gave me another number to try. I got home and it worked. Got both cars. My first code only gave me the NASCAR. When I got the 2nd code it gave me the NASCAR and F1.

Well, my code didn't work period. LOL I got a message saying it's invalid or expired. I guess I'll have to wait until Friday to call them.

I got the game yesterday after work and just tried to redeem the code and too got an invalid message

I preordered the CE. got the crome line cars card in the game case.
Checked my email and found that gamestop emailed me the code for their two cars.

Has anyone in Canada got their Gamestop DLC code? When I picked-up my pre-order, I was told they didn't have the codes yet and would be contacting people once they do.

Just got of the phone with Gamestop, if you had used your DLC Code before 12 noon on 24th novermber, u only got the Nascar car, if you used it after you get both the cars.

Picked up my CE at Gamestop and made sure I got my bonus codes and the cashier circled the web address on the reciept. He said that I could claim my code from there. Only problem was all it had was instructions on how to redeem you bonus codes but not codes. So I went through the reciept again and found the actual bonus codes. They just need better informed employees. But then again what do you expect from a kid that just works there and is ill informed.

My code worked, but it only gave me one car, the NASCAR car, and not the McLaren. Thankfully, another GTP'er was kind enough to lend me his code, but because I had already entered the flawed code, it immediately picked up on it and denied it.

So I guess I'm stuck with just a NASCAR car.

It feels like a slap in the face from Gamestop that they did that. Kind of like "ha, you entered the code too early and because we didn't tell you anything you are stuck without what you ordered."

I guess a NASCAR car and McLaren F1 in one order really was to good to be true.

I think that very well may be what happens in the end for everyone who had this issue. Gamestop probably realizes that some people may sue for failure to notify (since this is America, land of the free and home of the lawsuit).

That would be why. So is there still a chance I could get the McLaren?
