For the hell of it I want to see who would actually come, if I were to organize something.

I'm in Bergen County. About 10 minutes from the GWB.

I'm willing to provide food and drink, as long as it's Pizza and Coke.

With enough interest I would possibly consider giving away prizes.

I would also consider doing a LAN-Party, if there's anyone interested in that.

Backspace, I know you're in. :p

I'll come if you pay for my plane ticket.

No.

By the way you should be on MSN.

You know I realy would come though, i'm serious. Although i've got no idea how much flights cost realy.

When would you be available? I work and study but I might spare sometime by Christmas.

@ R.I. : I think they go around $400 - $500

Ciao!

I've got every weekend free from now till the end of time, really.

Let's see if more people are also interested and then we plan something concrete. I got school on weekends but my school year ends on the 20th, I'll probably stop by your house by that time.

Ciao!

Meh, Iunno what my parents would say, maybe if the brother (the guy who introduced me to Gran Turismo) was interested, he's a solid guy, and he'd drive if he had the time. Yes I am interested, but It's very uncertain as of now...

No seriously guys, we should make up something, I'm just so jealous of this UKGTP.

Let's see what we can do by December when most of us get a break from school.

Yeah dude. I freaken want to one up those Britsh folk. :sly:

What would we need to bring? If my brother and I went, we could bring 2x Fat PS2, 3x DS2, and maybe one TV.

TV's are important. I've only got two, and one of them is from the 1970's and has no RCA's, so you'd need an RF Adapter and it's just a crap TV. I use it as a table.

PS2's are also a good idea, as I only have one.

I've got 3 DS2's and a DFP, so bring controllers too.

CAT5 Cables, but I don't need that many. Depending on how many pairs of TV's and PS2's we can get, I may need a 6 port router. I've got a 4 port.

I'm going to propose a date.

Saturday, December 16th. Yay or Nay?

Sunday the 17th works just as well. Except stores are closed around here so I can't make any "oops I forgot I need xxx" purchases.

If anyone wants to bring an Xbox 360 you're more than welcome to, We could have some network PGR3 battles and such :D

*bump*

Come on, Dan and I? That's ALL?

Give me sometime to see if i'll be available by the 16th. I have a lot of stuff going on right now.

Ciao!

im down to race, let me no a time i work on sundays but im free to race saturdays, get back to me , i live in edison nj,

I'm down for the second week of October 2007.

I would love to do this. I live in (clark=my town) Union county and i bet we aint that far from each other. There is only one problem, i dont know if it is possible to convince my parents to let me go to some strangers house (no offence) that i met on the internet to play video games, a bit suspicious lol:p . I am 16 and if you do this after next december 5th (2007) i will be 17 and (if i pass) i will get my resrticted licence, and ill drive there but for now, you might as well be in austrailia, because I dont think it can happen. :indiff: 👎 :grumpy:

Well the likelyhood of this happening right now is slim, there's just not enough interest to do it at this time. Maybe in the spring.

Plus We could have Ozzy drive around and pick up everyone that doesn't have a car, since he's got enough room in his Camry :p

At least it's less likely to breakdown than A DODGE STEALTH.:sly:

Ciao!

Ciao!

And far less homosexual then a miata

i kid i kid.
Maybe we should all just meet at an auto-x or something similar if John ever gets a car and I ever get mine running reliably.

Obviously it depends on what I get. If I get something fast in a straight line we're going to Englishtown, if I get something that's only good in the corners, we're going to an autox, if I get something good at both, we're all going to Lime Rock. ;)

Regarding Lime Rock. My dads Corvair car club goes there every year, usually late summer/early fall (only times that don't get taken up by SCCA things) and I'm sure other people, as long as they are willing to pay whatever their normal price is, would be welcome. Just thought I'd throw that out there

As for me, well I live in Ho-Ho-Kus, and will be there until I go back to school January 2nd. Sof if anything is actually going to happen, well at least that's when I'll be around.

How much is it?

Usually when the local autox club rents it for an HPDE it's around $400 per car.

hey guys, kinda new here...from ocean county

this yr i hope to be at all or as many autocross events at E-town that i can and if that dam road course ever opens up, ill pretty much live there...lol

and would also like to try LimeRock

I've been around the road course at E-Town, as a passenger. We kinda snuck on it.

It's not really a viable race track, it's not wide enough.

I'm down for this summer.
