Think noting of it Kelly and you should not feel any sorrow for FPT's actions. His actions, or lack there of, were his actions and his alone, and you could not have forseen this. So don't worry! FPT bears the full responsibility of his deplorable actions.

I think everyone should check their replays once more before they have to turn them in, because they've just disqualified someone with a small walltouch in his replay.

So if you're not 100% clean, you don't get points!

Gidday Mate!...doing just fine as usual. As for the race, good i hope, not really sure as to whether I'm on the pace though. just got home from work so i'm going to port a fresh Celica into my garage (different colour this time!) and try for some improvements tonight. How's your efforts?

How are you "port"ing a Celica into your garage? I don't have that Celica anymore and I cant get it again.

OK...what you need to do Rob is back up a copy of your GT3 game data to your hard drive (and copy that to a seperate folder for safe keeping too!). You can then load your garage into Mk's editing program and change cars in your garage. This can be done easily by choosing what you want and selecting them from the list provided. easy as that. I find that if you buy a couple of cheap cars (11K is the cheapest I think) you can change them without losing any of your cars presently in your garage. The later versions of MK's editor has a help file with it too. Let me know if you have any problems and I'll try to walk you through it mate.

Thanks Drew! I have the latest copy of MK's courtesy of you if I'm not mistaken. So I'll fiddle around with it a bit and see what I can do. I need to get a bit more familiar with that program as well. Plus I'd like to start making some downloadable garages as well for upcoming comp's that I'd like to run.

The main reason we chose the 3 Lapper was to make it hard on them having to stay clean right ?


I showed it Ron and he went in mocking it, wondered if he can have 1 little touch for his race 6 then .


This comp is in a right state at the moment, lots of flaming towards the admins yesterday .
Do we want to defend our race 10 and call for the rules to be changed back? I'm sure we can do it in a professional manner or do we just leave it as it is ?

Also I'd like to say I resign as the teams co captain , I have not done a very good job so far,and feel responsible for all 3 races that we have scored zilch for Boom your doing an excellent job so far, keep it up! 👍

Talentless, I am sorry I didn't send in your time in time, that was the one and only reason you got a DNF, your replay was reviewed and passed and I tried getting them to accept but to no avail, sorry .

I suppose now I have no reason to be in here at all as both my races are over with, but if you you'll let me I'll stick around and try and run some of the remaining races along side with you , can't promise though coz Ron has his 2 races still to do so he gets priority over the ps2 but if I can I will help.

I'm sorry to hear that you are resigning as our captain, Kelly.
I for one don't blame you at all for all the bad luck we had during the first three races, and i think you did a marvelous job as co-captain. You and Boom are a good captains duo.

I'm glad to see that you have changed your mind Kelly, and besides, I wasn't going to accept your resignation anyway.
I don't think that there is any need for you to blame yourself at all. As I have told you before, you have been an excellent captain and a asset to the team. The team still needs and want's you here.

For the future, all racers must post there replays in there respective thread in a manner of time that will allow the replay to be posted and turned into the admins at GTN. In the case of someone not having a Sharkport device, you must post a race time. That way a PM can be sent out to the GTN admins and you will still be counted for the race until your memory card can get into the hands of someone that is able to post your replay on the web.

I have to do a bit of out of town busines travel over the dates of 27th through the 30th of January. This should not be a issue as it doesn't involve any of my race dates. But I will need you to be here Kelly while I am away.

But please everyone.........no more DNF's, it is bordering on ridiculous now. Im in this for the long run and will be here to support all...but lets get the last 6 races to the finish post please, as they say, to finish first, first you must finish!

On another note, once this board comp is over I paln to take a good rest from OLR (thats if I break my addiction to this bloody game!! ) but I must say this looks interestingClick here or better still Click here! ...already 108 racers have signed up for a look see....might be interesting when it gets going?

Kelly, I'm in the same boat you're in. I pushed Fury to join up and help us, and he pulled a no show. At least your not out a few bucks like I am. Bought him a sharkport, Overnight packaged it to his home, only to have him duck out last minute. I'd love to have him make me eat those words.

I'm certainly glad to have you as the Co-captain. You've done an excellent job, and i look forward to racing as your team mate in the futre (if you'll let me). And it's certainly a good thing that you did run again. We'd have had one more DNF if you hadn't. Thanks for pulling a good run at last minute.

As a further note, in the likely note that Fury disappears for the next round, Duke has expresed some interest in running that race.

Yeah, I'll run it, at least to give us an alternate in case there are more dropouts.

Though I have to say 480hp + FWD + urban course sounds brutal. I'd call Boom a sadist if he hadn't proved himself a masochist by saying he enjoyed it!

I'm not quiting, don't worry, but this is so discouraging. How in the world do these guys get those times when no matter what I do I can't go faster without losing steering and grass-sliding or wall whacking? I wish I could view x port replays.

Most of those guys are racing with a MOMO- wheel. That thing can do miracles!

Really? I'll have to consider getting one. But I had a Driving Force for about 4 hours before I took it back. A lot of those problems had to do with seating postion, though.
