get rid of thread ratings.

I agree, they don't get used much, unfortunately. I have considered removing them for the next version of the site - does everyone else feel the same as mayorbill on the issue?

they never format with the page correcly
What exactly is happening?

I vote for the removal of the ratings. :P

Yeah, but there really is no point to them.
If someone rates it a five, i.e. really good, then there will bound to be people who hate that topic, so...........yeah.

it doesn't format right... like the page loads, but the thread rating column is really wide.... it usually happens with the thread rating column, and the block of forums above the one with the strip.

Have to say I don't really care what other people rate the threads - I can make up my own mind about them, thanks!

M5Power: your logic is false. If you disagree with Klos, who is saying he agrees with everyone except Deathhawk, then you ONLY agree with Deathhawk!

this is what i'm talking about:

Oh, those things! I thought you were talking about the five-star rating you can give to threads. Those icons in your screenshot don't always format properly for me either, although I never have been able to pinpoint exactly why that is. :odd: I won't do away with them, however - I find them too useful in quickly seeing which forums contain new posts.

i know, but that thing happens with the ratings too. i am talking about the ratings.

i'm still for getting rid of the 5 star thread ratings. if they don't format properly again i'll take a shot of it, they're being good now though.

mmm I don't mind it but when you see a 5 :star::star::star::star::star: thread with only one Post you know the thread starter is having a laugh :shakehead
