I have a relative that plays GT casually. He's currently level 10. If I gift him a vehicle that requires level 12 to purchase, can he use it right away. Or does he have to be level 12 to open/use the gift car?
He can use it. But he won't be able to enter lvl 12 events until he gets there.
But he can use the car you send him in practice, arcade, or any lvl 10 and lower races which the car can qualify for.
