Not sure how I've missed this thread for so long. Excellent Typhoon shot, it caught the light just right there. The Red Arrows less so, but I can understand that, part and parcel of shooting in the UK where lighting isn't always ideal and there's often a greyness to the sky to spoil things... can't fault the clarity though.
Enjoyed the night shots on the last page too. I'm intending to make the most of this winter with both my telescope and camera - I expect I'll head up to Kielder Observatory a few times, since it's within relatively easy reach and has some of the darkest skies in the UK.
