Gold required for 100%?

Do you have to get gold in the license tests to get 100%?

HellFish, welcome to GTP.

To answer your question, NO, you don't need gold in the license tests. You just need bronze. You need gold in all sim and arcade mode races (hard level for arcade), and on all time trials.

When you get good enough(or prehaps you already are ) it is always fun to go back and TRY(refering to myself) to get them in gold.

You may say "FOR FUN" but yea its actually quite enjoyable after a period of time. But watch out for B-8 its hard, for me A is quite easy.

Welcom to GTP mate, nope golds aren't required for 100% (thankfully ) as neon and meekeal said. I can't get golds on IA or S, although i think it might be due for another go...say in one more year.
