Any dealership that has only one car in it (Usually standard) would have it retouched by PD so that it doesn't look fugly on its own.

You know how the some cars had the RM possibility, the s15, camaro, corvette, cappuccino, STI among others, well, they are now available to purchase from the dealer as already RMed. You no longer go to the tuning menu and perform the transformation.

There is an option in the external parts section called "other. Still can't find any parts in there that are available for my current cars. Maybe it's a RM option.

Ah, yeah....Well, don't think I'll be buying the RMs any time soon, anyway. I'm not into 'fantasy' cars that have little basis in reality. The Abarth 500 on the other hand.....
