lol well thats hot i got my dfp ;) x-mas present last yr actually...im going to start looking into making myself a nice cockpit out of particle board and maybe a Recaro or something

I can't speak for others..but I saved for a few months before initiating the purchase..and then had to wait weeks for the order to be filled.

I didn't just make the purchase for GT4 though but at this time, I don't have a worthy enough CPU to run GTR on..if I did, I'd get dual use out of it!
 
Question, does the DFP when plugged into a pc have force feedback? If it does i might invest into the SimCon and if the SimCon can be used on ps2 then im buying it this afternoon :P

Update - my (selfmade) racingseat 2.0 (Only around 80% finished)
i made the seat for my new Frex order SimConBase + SimConMotion, i´m very impatient, and hope the order arrives me fast.

News next - to be continued.....

Hey NSR500....question...are you able to use those inverted Frex pedals w/GT4 by chance? If so, was merely switching the pots for gas/brake all that is needed?


I ask cuz a buddy of mine wants to purchase them but he's got a cockpit already and needs to hang them upside down (Inverted) so not only will they fit but so he can use them on both GTR & GT4...any additional information you may be able to provide would be greatlly appreciated! 👍

I've just recently been enquiring about some of the FREX gear.

Eventually I will probably end up with a full SimConMotion setup for the PC but for now I'm considering purchasing some FREX pedals with "hydrobrake" and the sequential shifter to use with my DFP, PS3 & GT5.

I saw one of you guys had the frex pedals, how do they compare to the DFP pedals?

For now I'll just use the standard DFP wheel and wait until FREX releases their new FFB wheel.

This may have been posted elsewhere and some of you have probably seen it, as it's been out for a few months.

Wheel pedals and shifter about $5500 AUD there are other accessories to add to the price.
