Well, my theory seems to hold true even in lobbies. If it wasn’t for getting put in the wall, blocked, hit on the straights, and dive bombed, I might have been able to get a good finish.

For those wondering, I simply stopped streaming. Never did anything before the race for the abs glitch and didn’t get it. Car did what I wanted it to do when I wanted. If your having issues with consistency and or the abs stuff, and you stream, try not for a few races. Also double check you don’t have any updates in the background being downloaded.

Also check that your PS4 isn’t getting too hot. Even though mine was sitting up on some little blocks so it had open air all around it, it was still pretty warm after a while. It now is sitting on the end of my rig with a good fan 6” away on max. Was much cooler after hours of running.

See i stream and I usually cycle through the abs...tonight i didn't and i Knew first turn i had it...
 
Johnnyg or whatever ur @ is, I wasn’t pissed wit u I though our battle was awesome, sorry I tapped u a few times by mistake, but I was pissed at the end cuz I got damage, no disrespect to u
 
I actually think this was the best race I ever done in this league, like at the start all the bronze guys within like 2 secs was awesome and some great battles later on

By far the longest lap in a tough circuit. I pretty hated how nasty the turns could be if you made a mistake that compounded significantly at the end of the lap.

The race was good, held on my breath and maintained consistency throughout. Other than the knocks on the wall, kerb mounting and some bit of grass mowing that included a spectacular 360, it was pretty smooth and quiet.

I'm glad to be able to keep my line off the start, my 2-stop strategy played out very well for me despite a huge gamble on aggressive fuel burning and tire compound for more closer laptimes. Somehow I guess the 1 stoppers were much better than expected.

I think in lap 8 or 9 there was a crash in the middle sector and I kept a straight face when I was zooming past between the victims, and then going "OMG what happened there". Too close call and shook for it.

Nevertheless I'll look forward to the final results of this race.

I see this happening a lot on the opening lap so here's a little tip i wish someone had told me.

During the first lap your tires will be cold. This means less grip, especially under heavy throttle.

We have all done this. Its the first lap 2nd or 3rd turn and you mash on the throttle on the exit and the next thing you know you're spinning and heading for the wall.

Try using gentle throttle inputs on the exits of the turns during this first lap. You will find yourself staying on track more and you'll also be teaching yourself how to save tires.

The Famous 43 continues to be a Famous Disappointment.

I tried a one stop strategy. Ran full bore for four laps and leaned out for two, stopping at the end of Lap 6. Ended up with damage on my pit lap, my fault both times. My apologies to @Nascarcory for the early braking. I totally screwed that up. Ended up putting with 5 seconds worth of damage from pancaking the left side after that. Ruined a lot of hope right there.

Then lap 9. SMACK!! Pancaked the left side again..... @Mrs Neutty caught me after repairing more left side damage. The final lap and I'm suddenly gaining on her. FAST. The run to the line might get interesting...... SMACK!! "Hey guys, my left side just fell off. I think half the motor went too."

Never failing to disappoint, the Famous 43 finished last.

Never did. Looks like it may have ended up in a chop shop. Investigators discovered a stolen car with matching Seriel Numbers from our equipment

This was a loaner from BMW. Hate to see their faces when it arrives back at headquarters. We should have another built in house by next weekend.
 
Even though people did not file any incidents yet about the amount of aggressive driving going in a lobby this thread is not the place to call someone about about it.

Please be patient with us as we are trying to review the races from last night.

I WILL SAY THIS AGGRESSIVE DRIVING AND OR RETALIATION WILL NOT BE TOLREATED AT ALL.

So with that being said with the points that @Nick Cannella post out later on are subject to change at this point

I felt so bad for ya! I was running fairly decent for a bit, then baby decided to me feel miserable and sick, which is why I was ghosted and you were able to gain on me quick. Whenever I got back is when you had just passed me. Definitely made for an interesting last couple of laps!

I figured something happened for me to make up time quickly. I had it calculated that I'd catch you right near the last turn before I pancaked the car. I'll bet it measured near a foot more narrow than when the race started.

Lmao. I went to bed at like 2:30 cst last night, he was still in the final lobby. I was like what the heck you doing. Thought about going in there any chatting “hey, you dead man?”

Btw sorry about smashing you into another realm after you came out of the pits last night. Fast section of the track, kinda dim and your car being black I lost track of where you were at.
