Nick, please cancel my entry this weekend. I had to escort my Dad to the hospital over some abdominal pain that has been affecting him for days, after several attempts to consult the GP. I guess I'll have to be prepared to have sleepless nights now...

BREAKING NEWS:

In a PR effort, BRCCRT driver of the Famous #43 BLACK RIFLE COFFEE Dodge Viper, Cornbread243, decided to take his ride on a World Tour to Japan. It got off to a bad start after @TexasJDC hooked up the merchandise trailers to cabover Pete's. Since they don't float too well, about half were lost at sea.
London was uneventful, so off they went crossing the Channel like desiel whales and stormed the beach about dawn. Hit the Autobahn where a Mercedes truck tried to show up the Kenworths. It didn't end well for the Mercedes. Somehow, Tex got separated from them at this point. He ended up making a Right instead of a Left and ended up in Australia. We understand he's made it to Transistor Town just fine with his #197 BLACK RIFLE COFFEE Aston Martin V12 Vantage. This detour turned out to be a good move.

Inside ARL has learned that Cornbread and his team have been detained at the Russian border. According to KGB officials, the Russians are certain the Famous 43 isn't promoting BLACK RIFLE COFFEE, but are actually smuggling the Black Rifles themselves. KGB confirmed they were tipped off "by Porsche with skull on car. Left bad coffee."

Inside ARL tried to obtain a statement from Driver 43, but we were not allowed in the "interrogation area." However, we did catch a heated exchange between Cornbread and KGB.

"AR is superior to AK. That's right, I SAID IT! Now what!?"

"DO NOT INSULT COMMRADE KALASHNIKOV!"

"We're back to back World War Champs. AND put a man on the moon. What have you done, Sputnik?

*taser discharges*

"AAAHH! Geez, that hurt."

"Insult Mother Russia again, imperialist scum!"

"Nesting dolls were inspired by YOUR FAT MOMMA!"

*multiple taser discharges*

"FFFFFRRRREEEEEDDDDDOOOMMMM!!!!!!!!"

We do not believe CB will make it to Japan.

Thanks everyone for the messages. I've got some good news to share with regards to his current status, the doctor has assessed his condition and has given the all clear. We found out it's a minor ailment and he was given meds to keep the pain down, nothing major after the massive scare we've had. Precaution was taken and considered thoroughly, we're all glad that it was a very positive news received after a long morning wait.

Appreciate all for the thoughts, sorry that it has caused some concern for everyone. Additionally, I'll probably be taking some time off to re-focus and monitor his health situation. Definitely family first when it comes to keeping everyone together at its closest. I hope to race with everyone again soon, and would watch the race and follow the latest breaking news and press releases from the side benches.

Meanwhile, stay safe and take good care for all. The world's rapidly changing and pointing in unknown directions everywhere as we move forward.

I won’t be making it tonight and I’ll have to get taken off auto-confirm. With a new work schedule, summer in full swing, and everything starting to go back to normal (sort of) the late nights just aren’t working for me anymore. Iracing has really become my main focus now as well. I’m sad to step away as I’ve had such a great time racing with all of you and learned so much along the way. Moving forward I’m excited to run the 24hr race next week and looking forward to working with everybody as ARL (Reflex Sim Racing) expands into the iracing world. I’ll still be cruising the forums and keeping up with the ARL NASCAR fantasy league so this is not a goodbye. Happy racing everybody :cheers:

Very understandable man, hope work cuts you some slack here and there. If you ever have a free night and want to race you know we have a grid spot for ya! I look forward to next Saturdays race hopefully we can put in a show and represent for arl and reflex
