Season 1 standings updated congrats to
@Herimopp89 @WanganGhost and
@Jw_wk1010 for their season podium finishes for season 1.
just wanted to take a quick minute to personally thank everyone for making ARL season 1 a season to remember. when we started talking about this idea i was a little worried that this series would be short lived and there would only be 3 or 4 of us racing for season 1 and to see so many drivers support this series i am truly speechless. when we started "pre-season" there were 6 drivers on the grid an we picked up 1 driver along the way to make 7 for the first race, i honestly had never ran a series barely managed 1 for snail and thought i might have took on more than i could handle. as the pre-season went on we had a few ups and downs and i cant count how many "learning experiences" we saw lol.
@Nick Cannella @Herimopp89 @Jw_wk1010 and miss-d jumped on board and helped out more than i could have imagined and i cant say thank you enough to all of them for everything they have done to help ARL run smooth,
@Jw_wk1010 came up with a idea for a Wildcard race and asked our opinions on the matter and what about making it double points race so we all talked about it and decided it was worth a try (one of the best ideas ive seen) he also helps alot with new ideas and how to make ARL better overall .
@Nick Cannella was doing stats for another league and there was a minor falling out he asked if we would like to use the stats sytem for ARL and i was blown away by the stats he can keep up with and how fast he does it, i dont think alot of people see the time he puts in with the data he keeps, making the schedule and confirming drivers. miss -d created the aracingleague.com website and does a great job with it.
@Herimopp89 helped from more of a technical stand point as far as lap times for races, his opinion on clean vs. dirty racing and also pointing out little things that can cause a big problem lol for such a soft spoken guy he has a amazing racing IQ.
@Ryan Kirk is our resident funny guy if someone is having a bad day you can count on him to make ya laugh (sand castle racing) watching him go from never league racing to where he is now is pretty cool. once season 1 started we went from 7 drivers to close to a full grid and never imagined having more than 16 drivers racing. once we had the first night where 17 drivers confirm they were racing
@Nick Cannella and the rest of the BoD scrambled and came up with a split grid idea, this was something i thought we would never experience and to see it happen in season 1 I was very surprising! as the season went on it seemed like this series was something alot of drivers liked and we started dealing with problems i never thought we would see and together everyone who drove helped out in their own way and made any changes quick and easy thank you guys. as we hit February it seems everyone started coming into their own and the racing picked up i remember fighting with
@WanganGhost at the back to watching him become a serious contender hats off to him for his 2nd place finish. we came into March surprised at how quick it seemed season 1 was wrapping up and gained even more drivers who came in and went right to work helping ARL get even better and from the BoD we appreciate all the comradery everyone has shown we hope the same happens in season 2 you guys are amazing and if its not fully understood i just wanted to make sure it is now how much we appreciate everyone for racing clean, helping, cracking jokes and the number of other things you guys do, that make ARL what it is you drivers make the series a fun series to manage and we cant say thank you enough. also a special thanks to IRS and SNAIL for helping us out and helping us get on our feet

@SAMHAIN85 have all helped ARL with any dumb question i have had and things they do to make their series run smooth thank you guys for helping out! well season 1 is wrapped up and looking forward to season 2 the BoD is already working on a few changes for season 2 some of which i think everyone will like. we are taking saturday 4/6/19 off and will start season 2 4/13/19 hope everyone will be ready to make season 2 a great one. thank you guys for your time dont forget everyone has until wednesday 4/3/19 to hold their car for season 2.
