Going to be a very interesting race. Strategy will weigh heavy in this one as well as the twisty’s on the back side of the track. Have a feeling there’s going to be some bent up race cars at the end of this one!
The car moves around here very quick! Patience and knowing your own individual limitations will be key in having a successful race. This race will not be won on the first turn, so please, everyone remember that. Choose your pass points with care and caution, watch the over aggressive driving and everyone can walk away with a win. You don't want to be "that guy"...

Agreed keeping the car on the track is going to be the worst part especially once the tires starting wearing out...I will try not to be that guy who is inpatient...also if you are being lapped don't feel obligated to pull off the road or slow down drastically please just keep running you race and its up the faster person to make the pass cleanly...also try to run a predicable line to make it easier for the guys passing the slower cars.

I can see a lot of lapped traffic at this track as if you go off 1 time you lose a lot of time.

Just remember this is all for fun and should be that way for everybody...

DRIVERS BREIFING

RACE: S1R12 Wildcard

TRACK: Willow Springs – Big Willow

LAPS: 40

1. Sand equals DEATH! Just getting 1 tire off and in the sand can cause you to spin go off into the sand and slide forever. As much as it sucks getting into the sand we all have to remember that coming back on to the track we have to be cautious it takes a turn or two to get back up to speed and with these cars it’s easy to think your re-entering the track clear and end up knocking someone off their line or bumping them. Try to be as cautious as you can getting back on track.
2. Turn 1 we are probably going to bunch up just remember to take the first few laps cautiously, let the field spread out before trying to overtake drivers no one wants to pit on lap one, I had to last week and it killed my strategy and race. No one wants to be that guy that causes that.
3. The second left hand turn is one of the only 2 slow corners, its easy to come off of the long right (turn 2) and push the car beyond the limits and run the second left turn(turn 3) wide. Better to go into it cautiously and slower then to try to push it and wreck.
4. The back straight has a big bump 1/3 of the way if you don’t take it right you will upset the rear end and slide off. What I like to do is get off the throttle just a bit and once I hit it I get right back on the throttle and continue on.
5. The last big right this is a high speed big risk turn, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve got it wrong and slid off track and once you do it seems like forever before you stop and are able to get back on the track. Take it slower if you need to and watch that last kink before the front straight.
6. Pit exit throws you right into the driving line and you have to make a quick left, please watch out for oncoming traffic when you are re-entering the track
7. These GR.! Cars are very fast and handle extremely well which means if you go off your going off at a high rate of speed and will slide forever.
8. Double points race tonight which also means if someone causes a wreck there’s twice as many points at risk of being lost. It goes without saying but remember to drive clean try your best not to hit other drivers.
9. Have fun guys we only have 3 races a season for these kind of races so enjoy and I hope everyone has fun
