Please mark me as tentative for Saturday @Nick Cannella
I‘m at home with a painful bladder infection and fever, and I don‘t know if I will be ready for the race.

Mysterious Mid-Season reveal for the "turbocharged" Ford (Rocket) GT:
As ARL Gr.3 Season 5 passed through it's midpoint several races ago, there seems to be some odd tinkering in one of the teams. Following massive investment from the rocket works, which led to a major sponsor/livery change in one of the cars "as a testing bed". According to the press, the team in question that was allegedly involved remained absolute silent about the matter, and didn't acknowledge or deny the existence of the new rocketship being built in the team's headquarters. There were rumors that a spaceship was being built instead as a new team transporter. We expect confirmation on this matter in the coming days, weeks, months, or years.
The mysterious driver (we heard it was the Stag) behind the Ford GT was quoted "the new upgraded turbocharger and rocket parts were working really well in the car", though there were speculations that the chassis was not reinforced to take the brunt of the engine. It was also rumored that the car has the tendency of shedding parts and pieces of razor-sharp carbon fibre all over the track through several laps of running due to "excessive downforce and wall bumping". [Might have a possible potential when unleashed. ]
The upgraded parts are subject to ARL Gr.3 homologation and may be permitted to race, provided it passed the crash test into the pit wall.
Leaked photo of the speculated racecar with rocket parts secretly installed:
