@Nick Cannella Is there a way you could pull up last seasons race to compare to this race? Might be interesting to compare lap times and see if there’s any improvement.

We have 15 repeat drivers from season 5 that ran the opener last night. Along with the nuances @Neutty mentioned, the other difference from last season is we only ran 20 laps, vs 26 last night.
Yellow highlight is season 5, light green highlight is season 6.

Season 6 kick off last night went very well. 27 drivers competed, with 4 of them running their first ARL GR3 event!
Results are posted below.
Note on new drivers: Until new drivers are placed in a division, they will be scored based off of their OVERALL finish for the night. Once the race stewards determine their division, they will be moved accordingly, and their earned points will follow. They are not eligible for pole or fast lap points until placement has been completed (typically after 2-3 races).
Still working on some of the master data workbook sheets, and I will try to get that all completed by mid week.
Thank you to all that came out to race last night and make season 6 kick off a success! Looks like it will be a really good one.

Note on new drivers: Until new drivers are placed in a division, they will be scored based off of their OVERALL finish for the night. It was an absolute hell of a race between @BGCaligula and myself for the last 5 laps or so. I had so much fun that I didn’t care about the penalty, I just wanted to get to the line first. Haha. If anyone is wanting to watch something intense, watch lobby A replay for the last 5 laps. I’m still hyped about it.

Indeed. Every time I really have a go at this guy, it turns out to be so much fun. If you thought being on the slower compound automatically means you've lost, you're wrong lol. A clinic in defending by @Neutty, granted I was a bit hesitant having hit him TWICE in the race prior, my fault both times. I clipped the grass under braking the first time and the second time I just totally misjudged. Apologies again man.

Dude! Those lights were super fast for some reason. Like Kevin Hart, "I wasn't ready" lol. Seriously though, great launch. That's something I'll have to look out for going forward.
