Is this a hint of a future update and they've messed up with today's dailies by accidently releasing it?! Upon entering the race at Nurburgring GP it gives a notification "There are no cars which comply with the regulations". An interesting mistake!
They are just trying to force players to play crash fest races, just look at the schedule for the past few days. Probably so they have a ton of chaos footage to see how they can "fix" the penalty system. Must not have worked well enough though so now the one race that might not be too bad has no cars that are eligible for it.
My guess is this is an internal race list that got pushed to us by mistake. The "GR" in all caps instead of the normal "Gr" says to me either manual entry in that field, or some placeholder name used for testing internally.
Ok now we know some secret. PD internally use pen and paper to write down the events everyday and pass to somebody to input to the system. Today the hand writing is too ugly and the data entry person mis-read the letter “4” as “A”.

I wouldn't mind if it was Group A rally cars, but we don't even have much use for the Current Group B rally cars as daily race events for them are rare.
