I stopped watching G4 years ago, this just validates why.
 
It seems, from what I can tell, there may be problems with the controller. Every time he speeds up, it pauses. The guy was doing some fast laps earlier, but i don't know what's happening.
 
Is this in retaliation for excessive tweeting...? Or are they actually retards?

maybe g4 just takes by coincidence the stream of one of the demos that one ppor guy currently plays on E3...and he doesn't know about...

He drove a couple of laps without problems some minutes ago.

This could be it.

Maybe the pedal is like the one in my DFP, faulty?

He WAS pulling laps earlier, but now it's this.

I think its hardware issues, I've seen this problem before with store demos.
