I'm hugely impressed, however, sadly no one seems to notice the lack of full steering animation.:nervous: Thought it would have been there by now. I'll stay hopeful to the end.:O

HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE???

And people thought it wouldn't be worth the wait... oh well ;-)

Hey Famine or anybody else. Did you see the G27 hooked up anywhere there? If you did can you look into the menu and see if there is support for it?

After looking at the general news thread I believe this is a picture of another racing game. Wouldn't make sense to have DFGT's everywhere and a couple of G27's.

It was GT5 Prologue! We were testing out these racing rigs! There allot racing rigs out there so we tried some of them :)

As the "Latest Discussion Thread" is going crazy again I'll better post it here

I have talked to someone who has played the demo at gamescom today and he told me that he was driving a Ford Focus WRC on the Nurburgring and after a few crashes he noticed that the handling was pretty bad and the maximum speed on the straights sunk from 240 to about 150 km/h and at the end he wasn't even able to upshift to the 4. gear!

I didn't read anything about mechanical damage so far so I thought this might be new, because to me it was.

Maybe someone who's going to go to GC in the next couple of days could try it too and reply if the mechanical damage is "realistic"? :)

Oh man I thought the bottom shot was in game for a second and I was totally floored...

Realistic is a tough one because damage is pretty complicated, but as long as it's reasonably accurate and more importantly uniform and dependable (ie you know what kind of trouble you are getting into) I think that's a huge step in the right direction...
