Gran Turismo 5 Intro tune?

Going by recent promotional videos for GT5 and GTP, it seems that dance/ electronica music is in favour.

I think this track has potential and I can almost picture how the intro video would sync with it.

The beat is similar to gt for psp version intro..anyways still awesome!
 
I'd love to see a remake of the GT2 intro for the NA market... Personally I've always felt that it was the best of the intros of the ones I've seen. Sends chills down my spine every time, heck I even throw the GT2 Arcade disk in the PS3 every now and then just to see it.
 
How bout Arcade Fire- No Cars Go. Top Gear used it in their Series 10 preview. The only thing is the title, it would be kinda ironic for a racing game.
 
I think theres a saying 'If it aint broken, don't fix it' therefore I think Polyphony should stick with Castle Over Moon, if not then surely in my opinion the best tune on GTPSP : London Elektricity - Just One Second (Apex Remix)

Having made a tribute to this song, I think a Intro would well

I agree. But in the past the PAL release has always had rock type music for the title theme. Where i would love it if Moon Over the Castle was the theme, SCE Europe will not allow that for some reason. They've always had it hidden in the non-default soundtracks though.

Some of these people are posting heavy rock, or even dance anthems. These would be ok as part of the soundtrack, but for the title theme? Hell no :P

What was that on the first page: rihanna - "Shut up and drive"? This is an example of what would make my ears bleed if it was the main theme.

I really hope they dont use a hip hop/ R&B/ Rap song because that would just be an insult to a gentleman's game

I couldn't agree more, I personally think they should go for a song much like what GT4 had, it was a Jazz/Classical(prestigous) music mizxed with a sort of rock style music. I really hope they keep with the music theme of Prologue. ALOT of people really like Prologue's music theme, don't change it PD the prestigous Jazz easy listening music is the best.;)👍

I think they should use Led Zepplin's Immigrant Song for the American version, its got a good beat, its a classic, and the part where the lyrics go "come from the land of the ice and snow...." they could show some ice racing footage.

Or even better, a track set in Iceland :sly:. Zeppelin wrote that song on their way back from a concert in Iceland :P
