That part is a video edit from one of the Natal promo vids as the commentator is talking of Natal.
As a steering wheel that means no feedback, no resistance so not probably a good way to use motion control, but great for girls/kids and maybe more arcade type games :)

Good to hear it confirmed by that guy 3DTV and Move being used together.
I was beginning to wonder if health/safety issues would of prevented it.

I saw this in a post on TheSixthAxis (which has now been removed) and I haven't got sound on my PC in work so posted this a bit blind! The Natal clip explains that lack of Move controller...and another reason why it's not GT5!!!

I get the feeling from interviews with Kazunori Yamauchi and Taku Imasaki, when move has been mentioned, that it will be incorporated but to a limited degree, I agree that it would be a pretty rubbish way to control a driving game. Using the sixaxis motion control to play Super Rub-A-Dub is tricky enough (bought for the olds of course ;) ) although Move should be much more accurate.

Move and 3D could have some pretty amazing applications, that’ll definitely be worth hunting down a demo.

Personally, when i go to play, PS3, xbox, PC, i just want to put my flat ass in the seat and JUST move my fingers, i dont want to make a "flash dance" just to play GT5.

Repeat, just move my fingers.

So Sony... MOVE MY ******* D*** :grumpy:

You should be ok then, it's highly unlikely Move will be supported in GT5 ofr driving, at most it will be for menus and camera manipulation. Even if it was used for driving you would still be able to use a dual shock or wheel.

Thats for sure, but with the marketing things and Sony's big ideas like GTPSP or the lap recorder in the Toyota, 3D, etc... :scared:

PS: i dont have any problem with GTPSP but IMO(wish) first GT5 then PSP.

The GPS technology for the lap recorder could actually be brillant if it was used properly. Its not limited to just that one car having that feature surely? Take real events on real tracks, it would be possible to implement data from such GPS technology and use it to create a virtual lap of a given car/track within the game.

I hope the Top Gear track at least could offer gamers the chance to race real GPS replays/ghost cars from guests on the show or indeed the cast or STIG himself.

I only care for the immediate release of GT5. Of course, not Sony's strategy to manipulate our desire to play or earn money out of our pockets. F... Do you hate Sony? Will you refuse to buy Sony products for the delay of GT5? I will not buy Sony products anymore except GT5!

I wanted to open a thread about ps move on gt5 (because some mins ago i saw that ps move will support gt5 )
but than i saw this thread and i think im right here

for me features like 3d are very good but what is move ? omg move on gt5 that is bad for PD because they lose time
i cant find words for it ,its just useless

This has angered me. I hate the fact that we could all be playing it right now if it wasn't for all these irittating fads. Move = what is this? the Sony Pii? I just want to play the game now, if I wanted to dance around looking like an idiot, waving some stick around, I would have bought a Wii, I bought a PS3 and a 360 because they are serious gaming consoles not kiddie toys. I really hope they don't dumb down any part of GT5 just to please the casual crowd. They are losing fans with all this waiting, many have moved over to Forza (including me for the time being). I will always love GT, but, at the end of the day, all this waiting for a videogame is ridiculous. Sony/PD sort yourselves out!

That's a Forza E3 2010 kinect preview. I wonder if PD is going to use Move in a similar way... we'll see.
The way you can easily be closer to the car and see the details seems good, better than using the pad.
I personally don't care to drive the car with my free hands as shown because I have a logitech G27 but maybe could be a chance for the guys to replace the pad... I said maybe..

Looks like it will obsolete the steering wheel, much less the game pad.

I would prefer a controller 100x (any controller) over using my hands pretending to drive like I am in kindergarten singing "The wheels on the bus".

Yeah, I guess the auto tech has to catch up to gaming tech for a change.
I believe that will take sometime to implement.

I bet all the after market peripheral makers are thrilled about it too.

Finally, does the game support the move controller?? If it does not, do you know if there is going to be a patch in the future, for the ps move support?
