[Gran Turismo 5 @ TGS 2009] (SEE POST1!: New vids. Interviews!)

I feel like a little kid that can't sit still. I hope we get the following announcements: (In order of my excitement)
1) Release date this December (bonus points if even earlier)
2) Confirmation of GT5P-style interior view for every car in the game (even better if it's made a bit more dynamic, though not as much as NFS:Shift)
3) Porsche is in the game (highly doubtful, but a man can wish)
4) Confirmation of Deep Forest and Trial Mountain (my two favorite tracks in addition to Grand Valley, The Ring, and Laguna Seca)
5) The return of the Cerbera LM and FTO LM cars (also doubtful, but I miss them so much)
6) Realistic skidmarks
7) Variable weather
 
Can't believe the 4 years of waiting for GT5 is almost over, 7 hours to go and we'll get lots of awesome footage and info's, then the truth about GT5. The argument is almost finish, too, well except the 20 + Skyline's argument and the 1000 cars that it's too many for some.
 
How about this for music to get pumped about?

 
Oh memories, so many 340kmh high speed laps at the test track in my 1000hp GTO(3000gt for the gringos)!
 
So are they gonna have Kaz and the SLS appear through a cloud of smoke, and Kaz announce (through the epic translator guy) that this is the definitive racing game of this gen?

Oh yes, the championship song, or least for me it was as everytime time I was in the last race of a championship, this song played.
 
Goodness I sure do hope GT5 makes an appearance during the Kaz keynote simply because I need to get some sleep! If not I will have to stay awake for the SCEJ conference as well. I doubt GT5 will make an appearance during the keynote though simply because Kaz is the hardware man so motion control should be the main attraction.

I have waited so long for this game I sure as heck want to be there when all details are announced. :P

Yeah, that's impressive when you consider when it first came out! Ah, the memories, and of course the "scratch 'n' sniff" disc in GT2 ;)
 
Hmm.. Amar isn't online? perhaps there won't be big news at all, I'm sure that he would be the first one to declare the coming of the new era in terms of console driving sims.. oh well..

Have you not thought that with him being a game journalist and all he might just be there, or perhaps he's a sleep or just working or doing something else that life brings. Sure he'll be here and cover everything, but he does have his job and his life to get on with away from GTP.
 
Does anyone know how long the conference is going to be?
 
Just thought i may add,

People who say I had such high expectations for gamescom and it disappointed me. well let me tell you, PD OR SONY did not say GT5 will be a hit at gamescom!

This time PD & SONY & KAZ all said big announcements for GT5 @ TGS!

So keep that in mind, they wouldn't say it then have nothing, its been a long time coming and they all know it. Expect some big news today.

Well that settles it, I guess my custom soundtrack for GT5 will be the one from GT1 :D So many good tunes in that game 👍 Probably have to mix in some Boom Boom Satellites too though, just because they provide such good driving music :D
