Every time I use Spectator Mode in Online and When I enter the pits, I notice that there is blur on the cockpit and the track and I thought they took it out in Ver. 1.02... Is it possible they might but put it back it later or no...?? What do you think?

When you watch replays of online races, motion blur is on all views except your own car's views. You can also see motion blur with the 2 interior views in replays of Free Runs, however, in all the other views there is none. It seems like such nonsense that PD have removed it from some views, & left it on others. It begs the question; why? PD can seem arbitrary & unreasonable at times because of their lack of communication.

Here's an idea PD; give us the option to be able to turn motion blur on or off, & then have a slider to decide the amount we wish to use. That way, you'll keep everyone happy.

Absolutely...totally...massively agree!

I was wondering too why they removed it, but then I pondered if that was intended to be a dev-mode tool for creating video trailers of GT6.

I'm sure PD won't do that, even if we invade their HQ... :(

I also noticed that Motion Blur is way too blurred out, I mean they should tone it down a bit because 30 fps replays look too unrealistic, They should also stop making 60 fps on everything, Nothing has to be perfect all the time, 40 or 50 fps with motion blur will look fine on PS3

Nah, 30fps is 30fps whether the output device is a PS3, a toaster or a... erm... other thing.

60fps or higher is better, you'll see the old "most people can't tell the difference" stat quoted but in fact the reverse is true, most people continue to perceive small incremental improvements in smoothness even above 100fps.

So...I quite agree about the motion blur but regardless of that more fps is always best :D

I guess it's because online replays are a bit jerky. Motion blur makes it a bit smoother.

It is a world of difference if I turn off the "Smooth Motion" 120hz on my TV. I feel like I'm back in the stoneages watching 60fps. 30fps OTA TV and 24fps shows or movies on regular 60hz TV's look like a slideshow to me now.
