Quite frequently, but again on each of the last three occasions KY had twote the silhies/tarpies on a Sunday with "next week", the update arrived in the next four days.

There's no need to read meaning into what days of the week mean in various cultures. This is just a regular balls-up, similar to the Post-Update Silhouette Incident.

Wait, the acronym for that isn't ideal.

I've read that quite a few are excited for the Caterham (as am I if it gets a Rotary swap), but realistically, are we expecting the stock Caterham to drive well stock?

The track toys in GT7 all seem to drive... yuck, to put it mildly. The Radical at the Brands Circuit Experience left a really awful impression near launch day, and the recent Mono TT at Catalunya just reaffirmed for me why I'll never touch the Trail Mountain endurance. And the X-Bow just drives... like a normal sports car.

Here's hoping the Caterham bucks this trend.

Those three (and the Caterham, most likely) will really extract the best of you as a driver. They are not meant to be easy to drive. Try turning off the ABS too as a bonus.


If anything, the Radical is the easiest among the three mid-engined track toys to get used to; while the Mono being the most capable yet has a much higher skill ceiling.

The Mono is not good on default tyres. Understeers and oversteers. The Radical is a bit slow responsiveness wise, too, I think. It's strange because on paper it shouldn't be. Maybe, in the case of the Radical, it's the downforce? The Caterham shouldn't have that issue at least, but then again, the BAC Mono.

I’d say many players will think they are the Stigs of Gran Turismo and say it’s a crap car when driven like this:


Or could be a good ride driven like this:


It doesn’t have the downforce like an X-Bow and Radical and I don’t know if it will have SM or maybe SS as standard tyre compound. Transmission could be the six-speed manual or six-speed sequential.

I’ll suspect the usual divide of “I love it!” and “It sucks! Should have added the (insert whatever closed coupe super car)”.

We’ll soon see.

It doesn't.

One specific model of it does - the Caterham Seven 170 - with a special, narrow 1470mm body to come in under 1.48m width (regular is 1575mm, widebody is 1685mm) and a 660cc turbocharged Suzuki engine.

Only thing is, it has 83hp. While that's 20hp more than anything else in the class, the 63hp figure is one of those gentleman's agreement things.
 
I figured the 22B would show up the week of the updates. It's in the UCD today. Now I can semi-replicate the '98 JTCC Impreza. ;)

Highly recommend giving it a watch. Lots of creative and cursed machinery that doesn't take itself too seriously.

I've gone down a massive rabbit hole with this now, but on Forza Horizon 6, where I'm making a Vivio that looks like it could have competed in it.

It was always a bit of a handful for me in previous games. I'm going to love sucking at it in this one. 😤😅

Still hasn't made it to the public build of the game yet.

Yes. Every event has its own dedicated game build that is different from the public build.

It's also been used as a location for photographs for cars in updates. This was 1.38 in September 2023, the update immediately after the GTWS Showdown 2023 where the new signage was first seen:
